The Latest List Of State-Owned Enterprise Reform "Science And Technology Reform Enterprises" And "Double Hundred Enterprises" Was Announced
The website of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council today announced the latest list of "science and technology reform enterprises" and "double hundred enterprises". After this expansion, the total number of "science and technology reform enterprises" reached 672, and the total number of "double hundred enterprises" reached 580.
The "Science and Technology Reform Action" and "Double Hundred Action" are special actions for state-owned enterprise reform organized by the State Council's state-owned enterprise reform leading group. In 2020, the "Science and Technology Reform Action" will be implemented to support and guide state-owned scientific and technological enterprises to make new breakthroughs in market-oriented reform and enhance their independent innovation capabilities. In August 2018, the "Double Hundred Action" of state-owned enterprise reform was officially launched. More than 100 central enterprise subsidiaries and more than 100 local state-owned backbone enterprises were selected to actively explore and innovate to promote comprehensive reform and create a batch of "reform elites". Since the implementation of the two actions, relevant enterprises have handed over eye-catching "report cards" in scientific and technological innovation, market-oriented reform, operating efficiency and other aspects.
Among them, enterprises from the textile industry, such as Qingdao Hongda Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., Jilin Carbon Valley Fiber Co., Ltd., Shanxi Gangke Carbon Materials Co., Ltd., Zhonglan Chenguang Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., Changzhou Fangxing Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Yantai Taihe New Materials Co., Ltd., and China National Silk Corporation Tianfangbiao Testing and Certification Co., Ltd., Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd., Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd., Nanjing Jihua 3521 Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Orient International Venture Co., Ltd., Double Star Group Co., Ltd., etc. were selected into the latest list of "science and technology reform enterprises" and "double hundred enterprises" respectively.
