After passing the evaluation, workers can obtain vocational skill grade certificates, which have the same effect as national vocational qualification certificates and are full of gold.

    As a strong manufacturing city, Shaoxing has been actively promoting the independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents.     After comprehensive consideration of credibility, scale demand, training ability and other dimensions, Shaoxing has granted more than 700 enterprises in the city with independent evaluation qualification for skilled talents, which fully covers the block economies such as chemical printing and dyeing, integrated circuit, biomedicine, intelligent vision, etc. On average, more than 20000 people obtain skill level certificates through independent evaluation of enterprises every year, greatly helping the industrial transformation and upgrading.

    In 2020, due to the "shortage of skilled talents", Sinochem Lantian Fluorine Materials Co., Ltd. applied for the independent evaluation qualification of enterprise skilled talents. Under the guidance of the Human Resources and Social Security Department, an employee training center was quickly established and a number of internal trainers were employed. At present, the enterprise has carried out 11 batches of professional skills training for chemical chief control workers and chemical inspection workers, and has cultivated 549 skilled talents, with more than 40% of the front-line employees holding certificates. Through skill improvement, the average annual salary of front-line employees also increased by about 6%.
