Huanjiang Yumei Garment Co., Ltd. not only solves the problem of insufficient staff of enterprises, but also enables the relocated people to achieve "employment at home" in the mode of "company+employment assistance workshop+poverty alleviation". Since 2019, the company has successively set up production workshops in Chenshuang Village of Sien Town, Chengxi Community of Chengxi Street, Chuanshan Town and other places, focusing on garment processing with supplied materials, and trained more than 300 technical workers.

"At present, our company has three processing workshops in Huanjiang, with more than 80 production equipment, and an annual output of 100000 garments, which are sold to all parts of the country, with an output value of about 7 million yuan. The biggest advantage of coming here to work is that it is close to home. It takes about 10 minutes by tram from home to the company. It is very convenient to go back to see the children after work."

Mo Shuwu, the head of the company, is from Jiuwei Village, Longyan Township, Huanjiang County, and has been working outside before. He returned to his hometown to start his own business in April 2022, and established Hechi Yinhua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. with friends. At present, the company has three production workshops, covering an area of more than 400 square meters, four production lines, more than 90 employees, an annual output value of more than 1 million yuan, and can provide more than 300 jobs.

Up to now, Huanjiang County has created 30 employment assistance workshops, attracting 3294 employees, including 596 poverty alleviation workers.

"Since this year, we have continued to create employment assistance workshops in resettlement areas, towns and villages, and through online and offline recruitment, organization of 'job selection' and other activities, we have guided rural labor with the intention of transferring employment to work in the assistance workshops, and expanded the employment channels of rural labor at home."
