The reporter learned that Aksu Sida Textile Co., Ltd. landed in Aksu City through investment attraction in May 2021, and was officially put into production in February 2022. With 120000 tons of spinning and 1008 air jet looms successively put into production, the enterprise scale was upgraded, with an annual output of 12000 tons of yarn, 180 million meters of grey cloth, and an annual output value of 500 million yuan. Over the past two years, the transformation from primary processing to deep processing, primary products to high-end products, and loose operation to industrial cluster development has presented a positive development trend of increasing total volume, improving efficiency, and making brands loud. The products are mainly supplied to domestic clothing and home textile enterprises for reprocessing, and are sold to foreign markets through foreign trade exports. In 2023, 24.34 million meters of grey cloth will be produced, with a total industrial output value of 118 million yuan and a sales output value of 114 million yuan.

After six months to one year, our products have gradually upgraded and become diversified products. This year, the output value of this product can reach 300 million yuan. With the release of a series of preferential policies such as social security subsidies, freight subsidies, preferential electricity prices, pre job training and new employment subsidies, value-added tax returns, and loan interest subsidies implemented by the state and autonomous regions, cotton textile enterprises also ushered in the implementation of a series of preferential enterprise rescue policies, which ensured that enterprises dare to venture, dare to invest, and vigorously develop.

Relying on high-quality Xinjiang cotton, in recent years, the production capacity of domestic textile and clothing industry giants has moved westward. Up to now, there are 333 textile and clothing enterprises in Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone), which has formed a production capacity of 3.23 million spindles, 10000 looms, 40 million pieces (sets) of clothing and home textiles, 67000 tons of printing and dyeing, and more than 40000 people have been employed in the whole industry.
