Liaoning Sewing (Filter Bag) Industry Vocational Skills Competition Held Hot
From October 26 to 27, the 2024 Liaoning Sewing (Filter Bag) Industry Vocational Skills Competition was successfully held in Fushun. The competition was hosted by Liaoning Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, Liaoning Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, undertaken by Liaoning Provincial Trade Union of Industry, Communications, Agriculture, Construction and Service, Fushun Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Fushun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and co organized by Liaoning Textile and Clothing Association and Fushun Tiancheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

The competition is divided into two parts: practice and theory. After fierce competition, Zhang Lijing from Fushun Tiancheng Industrial Cloth Factory won the first prize, Han Hongjie from Fushun Tiancheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. won the second prize, and Ding Lijie from Liaoning Hongbang Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. won the third prize.
Wang Chong said in his speech that Fushun is the birthplace of China's industrial textiles and the production base of China's high-end needle punched filter materials. In the 1980s, the first domestic needle punched filter material was born in Fushun. At present, Fushun has more than 50 filter bag manufacturers and related supporting enterprises, with an annual sales revenue of 1.2 billion yuan and more than 2000 employees. With the strengthening of the awareness of green environmental protection, industrial textiles such as filter bags are still in the growth period, and Fushun industrial textiles industry has a promising future. This sewing workers (filter bags) competition, in which the players completed the sewing work of a certain number of filter bags with quality within the specified time, is a big competition of comprehensive skill levels, which shows the style and level. It has stimulated the learning enthusiasm and innovation spirit of the majority of sewing workers (filter bag) practitioners, improved the technical level and professional quality of industrial workers, and also provided a platform for exchanges and cooperation between enterprises.
Yang Weidong said: I hope you can bring the experience of this competition back to your respective jobs, learn from each other's strong points and complement each other's weak points, form mentors in your own positions, form a model of learning from others in the enterprise, strive to be a technical expert, and strive to be a provincial and municipal craftsman, so as to improve the quality of the enterprise, upgrade the industrial transformation, and contribute industrial workers to the high-quality development of the textile industry.
