The State Administration Of Taxation Issued The Announcement On Adjusting The Export Tax Rebate Policy

On November 15, 2024, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation issued the Announcement on Adjusting the Export Tax Rebate Policy (No. 15, 2024, Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation) to adjust the export tax rebate policy for some products such as aluminum.

This adjustment will be implemented from December 1, 2024. The specific applicable export tax rebate rate is defined by the export date indicated on the export goods declaration form.

This adjustment of export tax rebate policy involves 268 products with tax number, and the specific adjustment contents include:

Cancellation of export tax rebate - aluminum, copper and chemically modified animal, plant or microbial oil, grease and other products, a total of 59 tax code products

Reduce the export tax rebate rate by 13% to 9% - some refined oil, photovoltaic, batteries, and some non-metallic mineral products, a total of 209 products with tax code

In the list of reduced tax rates, carbon fiber, glass fiber and other textiles are involved.
