Discussion On Draft For Comments On Standard Revision Of Safety Code For Dust Explosion Protection In Textile Industry Was Held In Weiqiao

On November 25, the discussion meeting on the draft of the standard revision of Dust Explosion Protection Safety Code for Textile Industry jointly sponsored by China Cotton Textile Industry Association and Wuhan Textile University was held in Shandong Weiqiao Venture Group Co., Ltd. Nearly 30 expert representatives attended the meeting to fully discuss and exchange the draft of the standard. Jing Shenquan, Vice President of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, presided over the meeting. Professor Shi Jianzhong of Wuhan Textile University interpreted the revised content of the standard.

In recent years, the standard of GB 32276-2015 Safety Code for Dust Explosion Protection in Textile Industry has had a great impact on the production and operation of enterprises, and enterprises have a strong voice for the revision of the standard. The purpose of this meeting is to fully listen to the opinions of key cotton textile enterprises, research institutes, equipment enterprises, design institutions and other parties before the release of the standard draft. It should not only meet the needs of safety production, but also take full account of the actual production situation of cotton textile enterprises, and propose solutions to the problems that need to be solved, so as to ensure that industry enterprises can better cope with the implementation of the new version of the standard.

According to the valuable suggestions and opinions put forward by the experts attending the meeting, the drafting unit will form a draft for comments after modification and improvement. According to the procedure, it will solicit comments in the whole industry. After the final approval, it will be implemented in the industry as a mandatory national standard in the field of dust explosion prevention safety in the textile industry.
