Listed Company: Taipingbird Nominates New Director Ou Limin To The Board Of Directors

On February 26, Ningbo Taipingbird Fashion Clothing Co., Ltd. issued an announcement on the addition of directors and members of the Strategy Committee. According to the announcement, Ningbo Taipingbird Fashion Clothing Co., Ltd. held the second meeting of the fifth board of directors on February 26, 2025, and reviewed and passed the Proposal on Adding Mr. Ou Limin as the Company's Director and Strategic Committee Member. After the qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors agreed to nominate Mr. Ou Limin as a candidate for director and submitted it to the General Meeting of Shareholders for deliberation. The term of office starts from the date of approval by the General Meeting of Shareholders and ends on the date of expiration of the current Board of Directors.

It is reported that the Board of Directors agreed to add Mr. Ou Limin as a member of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors after the relevant proposal for by election of Mr. Ou Limin as a director of the Company was reviewed and approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The term of office of Mr. Ou Limin is from the date when the qualification of director takes effect to the date when the current Board of Directors expires.
