Especially, our industry is dominated by the volume of circulation brand, because the pressure of all sides has been disastrously suppressed, so that many business owners have completely lost their way, and at the same time, their subsidiary industries have been greatly affected.

Twenty-first Century is the century of talent competition. There is no successful case in this field. The nature of our industry determines that the profit margins of the whole industry do not have the chance to survive the excellent airborne troops. It is also difficult for the airborne troops to understand the rules of the industry in the short term. The patience of our business owners can only be maintained for 6---12 months.
Local talents:
1, our industry is relatively short of communication. Business owners do not want their information and resources to be magnified by the industry. At the same time, they always want to know about other people's situation. So soon, some of Mr. Nanguo has become a professional manager who is pursued by every small and medium-sized enterprise owner. Especially from the business and design of large companies, wages can be doubled several times! This indirectly raises the human resources cost of our entire industry.
2, enterprises lack the mechanism of training talents in the industry, and the talents they cultivate are often done for others. After a while, they are taken away by others. The ethos of the industry is not very healthy, so that many enterprises are very conservative in cultivating talents. They only train professionals and set up some rules and regulations, and do not want them to understand the core of too many enterprises.
Real talents are hard to cultivate in enterprises.
3, the lack of talent: all enterprises are facing pformation, breaking the old business model, need more high-quality creative pioneering type of full talent! Can we guarantee the safety of our enterprises? Good products are good channels for agents, and products are not sold well. The goods sent by the company are stored in warehouses for 3 years, and they are not processed. They are manufacturers at the time. When the time comes, a lot of agents are playing away. It is also common for an enterprise to give away all the baggage, and the suppliers' funds must be given to them for a long time. Unless they are mixed up in this industry, they can not be returned. The products of the market are sold once a year, 50 percent off sold in one year, and 80 percent off in 3 years, and 1 yuan for a long time. Many small and medium enterprises are killed by agents. In such a business society, the reputation and good of agents are good.
Common nature and necessity: that is, the business model of our industry is out of order. It is a big problem. It is a matter of life and death of the whole industry. Many of these bosses have seen it, but they can not change it. Some of them are successful because of this business mode, so they can't change themselves with such a mode. Experience can make brands sometimes kill you! Some companies that have certain influence in the market take the initiative to compress credit lines, take the initiative to decompose the market and reduce risks. Before they come to the storm, they will advance their brand reputation and industry popularity, and gradually find the initiative in the dialogue with distributors. These enterprises and brands should live healthier after this storm. If we really analyze these questions, we will find that there are one of these problems.
Three, competition faced by local circulation brands
1, with the development of the times and the improvement of people's living standard, men's brand underwear has started with the bra. Men's underwear and bra are the inevitable trend of this underwear product development. Brand underwear will also take away part of the middle and high consumer market.
2, underwear, thermal, brassiere, socks and other industries brand also for their category extension to increase the underwear products, our local small and medium-sized brand enterprises driven by short-term interests, put down their own brand, help them to OEM, help them develop, and gradually distribute goods for them, and go astray.
3, Chaoshan area loose pants have their unique price advantage, they are also learning progress, and the price advantage to low, their slogan: low price is the absolute principle! This plate is our circulation box pants biggest enemy.
Four, the country's macro direction: environmental protection, health, low carbon and high technology.
Our industry is a traditional industry with low added value, labor-intensive and manual operation. The capacity is completely surplus. The survival of the fittest is an inevitable trend. Waiting for national policy is a kind of ignorance.
Five, appreciation of RMB, rising price of raw materials from time to time (International and domestic factors)
At present, the appreciation of our RMB under the pressure of Europe and America is also a nightmare for our underwear exporting enterprises. Their profits are virtually weakened, and their bargaining power on the outside market will quickly weaken, so that export to domestic sales is inevitable.
Many powerful foreign trade enterprises, in order to survive, will use resources accumulated over the years to fight for the domestic market, and our battle will be even more tragic.
The problem of rising prices of raw materials has caused many business owners to be in a terrible state in recent years. Suppliers have been hoarding up like tricks, but we have no bargaining power, and we need to take more risks in raising prices in the market.
Six, China: totally different new generation of workers!
Why can't the workers today be the same as they were 10 years ago?
The times have changed. The workers of the previous generation are concerned about the economic benefits of their relatives instead of their own future. Now, as you can see, labor resources are not as abundant as before, and the workers are not as obedient as before. The new generation of labor was born after family planning and grew up in a rapidly developing economy. This generation is not only satisfied with basic survival, they have higher aspirations and aspirations.
Our policymakers: after 60 and 70, most of them grew up in a poor environment. They had a huge gap in mind with their post-90s and post-90s workers.
Young people are more concerned about their future, and want to settle down in big cities and look forward to engaging in interesting and highly paid jobs. Our current businesses and factories have left young people out of the countryside finding themselves very difficult to integrate into urban life and live in rural areas and cities. This also determines that the mobility of our industry will be much higher than that of 10 years ago. Our human resources costs will keep rising.
These six plates decide that our business model needs to be redesigned. Our industry has reached the edge of extreme collapse. We need those people to join us for the winter.
