特別な約束:
甲は以下の各要素に基づいて、乙と協(xié)議し、合意した。甲は約束の日の翌日から、_________天の內に乙のために建造し完成させる。建築の規(guī)模及び必要な鉄筋、コンクリート、レンガ、石ころ及びその他の建築材料の數は、いずれも契約書の添付図面と施工細則として説明する。

Witnesses that the Party A for considerations hereinafter named, contracts and agrees with the Party B that Party A will, within_____ days, next following the date hereof, build and finish a Libarary Building for Party B. ( the building hereinafter is referred to as the said building.) The said building is of the following dimensions, with reinforced concrete, brick, stones and other materials, as are described in plans and specifications gereto annexed.

上記の狀況に基づいて、乙及び法定代表は甲に人民元を支払うことを厳粛に承諾します。支払い方法の合意は以下の通りです。

In considersation of the foregong、Party B share、for itself and its legal representabies、promise to pay Party A the sum of one milion RMB yuan manner as、to wit：

上記工事が開始された日に、人民元（℃）を支払ってください。

And the remaning sum will be paid up on the complotion of the work.

契約の雙方は甲またはその法定代表が各支払を受領する時に、上記の各回の支払いを受領する権利を証明するために、建築士によって評価しなければならず、すでに受け取った支払の価値はすでに労務及び材料費の中に消費されていることを証明する。

上記協(xié)議が忠実に実行できなかった場合、違約側は権利の自動的な損失を享受すべきであることに同意し、かつ違約後一ヶ月以內に、相手またはその法定代表に人民元_u u_u u元整を賠償し、約束の損失賠償金とします。
