Secondly, the management difficulty of Internet companies is much higher than that of traditional industries.
In terms of common B2C websites, the roles that traditional stores need are not limited, but also many roles of website operation: network promotion, art design, technology, operation and maintenance, editing, customer service.
If refined management, each of these roles can be divided into multiple roles, and the corresponding responsibilities should be defined.
It is also a great challenge to run these responsibilities into effective operation processes.
Third, the industry's common sense is: to be an operation website is very economical.
On the contrary, it is much more expensive to do an operation website than we can imagine.
Running a website to cash flow is still the highest challenge in the industry. We will analyze it carefully in the future.
Fourth, the right talents are scarce and expensive.
The Internet industry is different from traditional industries. Venture capital is especially active in this industry. With the success rate of 1%, if it comes to the stage of entrepreneurship, it will spawn abnormal development with hormones.
For venture capitalists, they only need two points: they can develop quickly, so they can change hands or die quickly.
This craziness leads to the unusually high cost of manpower in the industry, and some of them may come from just bankrupted enterprises. They may only work for several months, while few of them have been in successful enterprises for several years.
Therefore, there are many strange management, process, system and operation system in Chinese Internet enterprises.
In fact, the operation system is exaggerated, many Internet companies do not have such luxury.
Fifth, the performance of bluff.
A lot of companies that seek advice from me will say how the market performance of a certain company is.
I will give them a simple account, saying that such a performance is impossible, the water may be 80% or even higher.
Such bluffing may come from anticipation of venture capital, or from an account of venture capital, or from a desire to get away quickly.
So, usually 6 months, a year or so later, some companies that are very loud are silencing like wearing a suit.
There is also a fatal misunderstanding.
Many people are looking at the pages of others' websites, thinking that they can easily do one. This mistake occurs on a lot of people, and I will talk about it in the future.
Therefore, we should analyze it rationally.
For laymen, unless they have no way, they do not want to get rich by operating the Internet. It is still much easier to open a restaurant (of course, not to say that they can not do the Internet, but to be realistic).
