He Weijun: Entrepreneurship As An Addictive Entrepreneur

He Weijun, a 43 year old Cantonese and chairman of the Shenzhen supreme car rental company, is an entrepreneur who has become an addict.
He Weijun's first impression is very polite.

In 1990, He Weijun founded a company with his friends to sell electronic products.

He Weijun described himself as "the first time" on the road to entrepreneurship.

Now he still can't help "stealing pleasure" when he recalls the achievements of that year.
In 2001, He Weijun's company stood out in the white goods industry, with annual sales of around 300 million yuan.
However, there are more and more competitors. In order to maintain market share, He Weijun's company has to cut prices and profits are dropping rapidly.
In 2002, He Weijun had a decision to put his staff under his glasses.
I decided to turn the company into the mobile phone industry.
Sales of white goods have been declining, but the mobile phone business has not improved. It is hard for employees to accept this change. The taste is really hard, but I firmly believe that I am right.
In this way, the sales volume of the company's mobile phone business has increased 3 times.
He Weijun said.
However, such success failed to tie He Weijun's "restless" heart.
It seems that the company does not have much room for development.
Although we earn some money, we sell other people's products, promote others' brands and cultivate customers.
So, in 2005, I was in a state of half rest, wondering if there could be any other development.
When a piece of news excavated the "gold mine", when He Weijun started to consider the second venture, he had lost the impulse of the year and replaced it with careful analysis and research.
One day in November 2005, He Weijun drove to play golf, and the news about the car rental international giant Hertz was broadcast on the radio.
When He Weijun went to the United States for business trip, he contacted the car rental with credit card settlement.
Nowadays, more and more people have driving licenses in China. Self driving tours, business cars and so on have provided a wide market for car rental.
Car rental has a history of 10 years in China, but most of the car rental companies operate local businesses long rental business, personal short term rental procedures cumbersome, in addition to tens of thousands of yuan deposit, but also need renters to provide property certificates, account books and guarantor.

He Weijun affirms that the nationwide chain car rental is the second cause he wants to fight for.
He Weijun studied electronics in the University, and the first venture also started around the trade of electronic products. These experiences are quite different from car rental.

He Weijun said, this is just a question of courage.
There are many people who dare to think, but few do so.
The lack of experience in car rental is fine. I have experience in starting a business. I can set up a platform to solve the most basic problems.
He Weijun and his friends talked about their projects, and they said they were willing to invest. The initial funding for the 30 million yuan was easily settled.
In March 2006, He Weijun founded the most expensive car rental in Shenzhen.
The name "extreme" implies He Weijun's ambition. He wants to make his company the leading leader in China's chain car rental industry.
Many entrepreneurs have been lobbying venture capital from the first day of their venture. Venture capital's "self financing" is a realm that entrepreneurs can't reach.
At this point, however, He Weijun and his sovereign are exceptions.
He Weijun knows very well that the company needs huge follow-up funds after its start. Therefore, he has been prepared for venture capital from the very beginning.
The supreme structure is clear and the decoration is simple. He Weijun's office is full of books, and no sofa is wide and comfortable.
Efforts and efforts to win the favor of the capital, the company only 4 months after the establishment of investment institutions have come to visit, one after another in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other more than 40 commercial and tourist cities opened nearly a hundred stores.
