Li Jiahua: Entrepreneurship Education Should Start With Dolls.
"Entrepreneurship education is actually a kind of career education, which should be picked up from the doll". Professor Li Jiahua, vice president of China Youth University for Political Science, put forward such a view at the symposium held by Scientific Outlook on Development under the guidance of China's entrepreneurship education just now.
Li Jiahua believes that the pressure of College Students' employment has increased year by year, forcing a group of college students to start their own business, but there are few successful businesses.
This is related to their lack of awareness of entrepreneurship, and lack of necessary knowledge and training for entrepreneurship.
It is understood that the proportion of graduates from some western countries after graduation is 20%~30%, while that of Chinese graduates is less than 1% of the total number of graduates.
Li Jiahua's experience in studying in the United States touches deeply.
At that time, Professor Li Jiahua came to the United States to buy a bicycle. He saw a second-hand car. When asked about the price, the woman who sold the goods pointed to a six or seven year old boy and said, "this is his. You ask him how much money he sells." the answer is "20 dollars". Professor Li tentatively returned the price. How about 5 dollars?
"OK".
From the facial expression, the mother on the side must feel that her son's offer is too cheap, but he laughs and says to Professor Li Jiahua, "today is your lucky day".
"On the face of it, the kid earned less than 15 dollars, but the $15 paid for him," said Li Jiahua. He said he had experienced a bargaining process with an adult and practiced a paction. "The concept of management has gradually formed in his mind, providing a possibility for his future business."
Professor Li Jiahua's views have been approved by many experts. Feng Jian, director of the preparatory group of the Specialized Committee of the China Employment Promotion Association, believes that a system of entrepreneurship education from primary schools to universities should be established.
Professor Li Jiahua put forward three levels of vision for entrepreneurship education, the first level is entrepreneurship education, mainly to enable students to understand the society, establish cost awareness, resource awareness, etc. in the primary and secondary schools; the second level is general education of entrepreneurship, understand the necessary general knowledge of business operations, and develop their risk awareness, dedication and teamwork ability. This kind of education is carried out in the above secondary education; the third level is entrepreneurship education, and this level of education should be carried out among those who have potential and interest in entrepreneurship, and professional and high-end education and training for them.
