He found that the operator was not able to reach the place where he answered the customer's questions, and immediately recorded it, specializing in analysis and focusing on rectification.

    Fan Min revealed that Ctrip's request for the operator was no more than 180 seconds per phone, which means less than 3 minutes.

    But in each order process, there are more than 20 "actions", requiring that every action can not be out of shape, which is very difficult.

    "For example, a small reservation company has two or three business savvy salesmen. Even if you pick up the phone and check the hotel, you can have business volume.

    Ctrip's mode is to input all the hotels and air tickets information into the database, and conduct a serious training for the operator.
