Deng Licui: "Little Babysitter" Pformed Into "Entrepreneur"
In the early 80s of last century, Deng Licui, 16, became the first batch of "little babysitters" to go out in Wuwei County, Anhui, because of his family poverty. He earned 12 yuan a month for his children to do housework.
Today, the former "little babysitter" has set up a goose enterprise in the hometown, with an annual output value of about 30000000 yuan, driving more than 9000 of the farmers.
In the town of Cang town in Wuwei County, Anhui, Deng Licui met with legendary farmer.
It was the weak woman who gave up the opportunity to stay in the city and went back to her hometown to start her business again.
In the early 80s of last century, Deng Licui, 16, dropped out of school to go home because of his poor family.
In order to earn more money for her family, she went to live with her 5 other girls in the village.
At that time, Anhui's "inactive babysitter" was already very famous in Beijing. Deng Licui and her fellow countrymen found the nanny's work by virtue of their "invisible capital" of Anhui's inaction.
At that time, he did not dare to say his true age. I was afraid that people would think I was a little younger than me. He lied about being 19 years old.
People ask if you have children to do housework?
I was bold enough to say yes.
In fact, I never did it at home. "
Deng Licui is still interested in remembering the experience of his first job.
In this way, Deng Licui stayed in an ordinary worker's home in Beijing, washing and cooking with children, with a monthly wage of 12 yuan.
Deng Licui spent 3 years as a nanny in Beijing, but he did not learn any skills.
She decided to change her place and work as a worker in a livestock farm in Chongming, Shanghai, where she learned to raise chickens, raise ducks and raise cows, and soon became a breeding expert in the field.
He also worked with technical experts to find out the experiment of rice straw ammoniation of fatten cows. It was reported by Xinmin Evening News of Shanghai as a model example for migrant workers.
When the leader of the field wanted to leave this talent for Shanghai, Deng Licui made an unexpected decision to leave Shanghai and go back to his hometown to start a business.
"To go out to work is to learn technology, and ultimately to return to the home affairs officer."
Compared with other migrant workers, Deng Licui seems to have a deeper view of the purpose of working.
In 1987, Deng Licui went back to his hometown to run a chicken farm and buy eggs from door to door for hatching.
With the accumulation of experience and the maturity of technology, Deng Licui's hatchery has improved.
In 1991, Deng Licui and his wife contracted more than 300 acres of low-lying land on the outskirts of Wuwei County, and built a breeding base for breeding geese.
When reporters arrived at the base recently, a sign with "China Wanjiang white geese research center" came into view.
In a row of corridors and stockings, the goose is constantly crying.
According to the introduction, Deng Licui's breeding base has driven more than 9000 households through the company plus peasant household mode, with an annual breeding capacity of 12 million. Every year, 2 million feathers, "big white goose" and "goose goose" are exported to dozens of provinces.
Nowadays, there are many migrant workers like Deng Licui who "go back to their hometown to start their own business".
The figures from the labor department in Anhui province show that at present, the labor force in Anhui is over 10 million, and the migrant workers returning home have reached more than 70 million.
From the point of living in order to go to work in the city, and now leaving the city to start a business, the entrepreneurial migrant workers who are leaving the country again like Deng Licui are now becoming a trend in Anhui. Their experience from "wage earners" to "bosses" is just like a microcosm. It has witnessed more and more opportunities and tremendous changes that Chinese farmers have had in the past 30 years of reform and opening up.
