On 2007 New Year's day, Lin Junjia founded the marketing team of Tuo Meng.
Later renamed the Tuo Meng youth entrepreneurship League.
Now, his team involves stationery, travel agents, business training, social welfare and other projects.
"The first two entities are profitable, stationery stores have a net profit of one to two thousand yuan per month, and travel agents ten thousand to twenty thousand yuan."
Although commercial training is not profitable, it is the most popular project of Lin Chun Jia.
He likes to teach, and he likes to be a student coach. He takes students to Longdong street to sell things, wash toilets, and ask strangers for $1.
"Don't look at this shop," he said. "Investment has also cost 50 thousand yuan, half of which is accumulated by himself, and twenty thousand or thirty thousand yuan is borrowed from friends."

In the pioneering work, Lin Jun Jia also encountered many difficulties. "One year wholesale teaching materials were sold to schools. Three entrepreneurial projects have brought rewards for Gu Xiang, but in the third year, she changed her entrepreneurial orientation and opened a restaurant.
"It takes courage to open a restaurant. Once a chef made trouble for me, and the police came. I sat there calmly and asked the police to check it slowly."
Later, the restaurant was closed, and now she was running an advertising company with others.
The team is talking with four companies. It is a group of members from Zhongda, Huaqiang, Jinhua, Huashi, Hualong and other schools. The result of their development is 3D e-commerce platform.
The team leader is Xu Xiaohong, a third year student from Sichuan.
Xu Xiaohong introduced their team in May 2008 and gradually formed an entrepreneurial team based on postgraduates and senior students.
The process of team formation is very hard, and the biggest problem is the demand for talents.
Because the mobility of members is relatively large, we must continue to integrate and learn, so that the team strength can be improved.
Xu Xiaohong said that the products developed now are basically mature, and venture capital is being introduced.
"The first time we talked with a Northeast company, because the other side wanted to hold, the members did not want to go to the northeast and failed. The second time was a team in Shanghai who wanted to annex our technical team, and also broke down because of the members' reluctance." the third time we talked with a consulting company in Guangzhou, it did not succeed; the fourth time a Beijing company wanted to take away our team, but the members refused to go northward and did not talk about it. "
