Introduction:

The Vietnam International Trade Fair is an annual international comprehensive trade fair jointly sponsored by the Ministry of industry and trade, Vietnam planning and investment department, Vietnam agriculture and rural development department, Vietnam Science and technology ministry, Vietnam Ministry of industry and Vietnam construction ministry. It is Vietnam's largest, strongest and most international exposition. It is also one of the most attractive international fairs in Southeast Asia.

In 2007, there were more than 10 countries and regions from China, South Korea, Malaysia, Israel, Turkey, Japan, Pakistan, Russia, Indonesia, Cuba, Philippines, India and China Taiwan. More than 600 enterprises participated in the exhibition and more than 800 standard booths.

Professional business spectators: 5000 people / days. The total number of visitors to the exhibition is 58000 persons / times; more than 50 contracts are signed, and the turnover amount is more than 300 million dollars.

There are about 100 exhibitors from China, which fully demonstrates the confidence of Chinese enterprises in developing Vietnam's market.

At the Vietnam International Trade Fair, Chinese exhibitors were very much concerned at the exhibition. China's products of high quality and low price are very suitable for Vietnam's current consumption level. Many businessmen asked Vietnam to represent Chinese products, so that more than 70% of the exhibitors thought that the exhibition exceeded their expected targets. Many Chinese enterprises thought the exhibition was very effective. They had underestimated the potential of the Vietnamese market, and there were many trade opportunities, especially after entering the Vietnamese market, they would face a larger ASEAN market.

Machinery and equipment:

1, sewing machinery and equipment: all kinds of sewing machines, embroidery machines, sewing pretreatment, finishing equipment and systems; industrial sewing machinery, dyeing machinery, clothing production control and conveying equipment, computer aided equipment, plate making and plate making system.

3, yarn: round knitting and horizontal knitting yarn, woven yarn, knitted stockings yarn, garment yarn, imitation wool yarn fancy yarn, etc.: Accessories: embroidery, lace, lining, buttons, ribbon, trademarks, zippers, hangers and other accessories;

4, production system: clothing CAD/CAM system, auxiliary production system, flower type input system, all kinds of textile / clothing color cards, samples, CDs, professional newspapers and magazines.

Two. Participation fee

1, booth fee: $18000 yuan / booth (standard 9 square meters / booth) - there is a discount for early registration.

Booth fee includes: exhibition board stool, 13A/220V power outlet, negotiation table, chairs, English lintel, light tube 2, carpet and so on.

2, personnel costs: RMB 6800 yuan / person, including the arrival of Nanning, Guangxi, Hanoi, Hanoi, and from Hanoi to Nanning before the opening of the meeting arranged for food, housing, business, business, group plation, daily pfer to the hotel to the exhibition hall, insurance, a bottle of mineral water per person per day and other expenses.

Three, schedule (specific itinerary and activities scheduled to be announced 15 days prior to departure, please note)

04, 07: reporting in Nanning, Guangxi; 04, 08, starting from Nanning, and crossing Vietnam to Hanoi.

04, 09: exhibitors, exhibition opening, 04 -11 10 days: exhibitors, business activities;

04 / 12: morning show, afternoon withdrawal; 04 month 13: return to Nanning and stay in Nanning late;

Four. Exit formalities:

All staff members exit from their private passports: the cost of personnel has already included the visa fee. The original passport and two inch color photographs of the 15 days before leaving the country are sent to the unit office for unified processing two.

Five. Forms of participation:

The first form: exhibitors and independent rental of booths to protect their own booths, pay 18000 yuan per standard booth, and pay 6800 yuan per person.
