The 16 New Standards Of Textile Industry Should Be Paid Attention To In September.

A few days ago, the 16 textile industry standards were approved by the national development and Reform Commission, and will be formally implemented in September this year.

The 16 standards are mainly related to the color system of textiles, the testing of functional properties of products, and the technical requirements of wool yarn.

These 16 industry standard contents include: textile color system, textile fabric permeability test, textile fabric tensile elasticity test, coating fabric resistance to adhesion test, coating and pigment dyeing and printing fabric resistance to organic solvent test, textile capillary effect test method, textile anti mite performance evaluation, textile modified starch size, silk scarf, tussah silk, semi worsted knitting yarn, semi worsted wool knitting yarn, loom roller coiling tape, elastic card clothing bottom cloth, computer glove knitting machine, vibration type fiber linear densitometer.

Half of the new standards are issued for the first time.

Among the 8 newly issued standards, the two criteria of FZ/T 01099-2008 "textile color system" and "FZ/T 01100-2008" evaluation of textile anti mite performance should be focused.

The color of textiles plays an extremely important role in the whole product. The new standard will explain and unify the color of textile, which will have a far-reaching impact on the textile and garment industry.

The latter belongs to the evaluation standard of functional products.

With the emphasis and demand of textile products' functionality, the introduction of this standard fills the gap in the domestic testing market, so that the anti mite textiles will be "marked" to follow.

In addition, the standard of semi worsted wool yarn, semi worsted wool yarn, loom roller coiling tape, elastic card clothing base cloth, computer glove knitting machine and excitation fiber linear densitometer are also released for the first time, filling the blank of relevant industry standards.

The rest are revised on the basis of old standards.

In view of the fact that the standard content is more important, the inspection and quarantine department reminds the majority of textile manufacturers that they should pay close attention to the changes of relevant standards, carry out corresponding training work in a timely manner, and gradually improve the production process based on the new standards.
