The main content is to enhance durability of polyester, nylon and other industrial fibers, replace concrete used for seaside levees, and reduce energy consumption.

Five is polyester fiber production energy saving technology, the amount of subsidy is 28 million yen.

In order to reduce energy consumption in polyester chip production, the project will reduce the polymerization temperature and shorten the reaction time by improving the catalyst.

The six is the recovery and treatment technology of waste solvents contained in volatile organic compounds. The amount of subsidy is 88 million yen.

The key of the technology is to extract waste solvents from volatile organic compounds for fuel, which not only promotes the recycling of chemical wastes, but also reduces the environmental pollution caused by combustion of organic compounds in traditional processes.
