In 2003, when she visited the Nanning market, she found that the price of some children's clothing in the wholesale market of Nanning children's clothing was 10% higher than that in Guangdong. She thought that if he went to Guangdong to purchase and retail, the price would be cheaper than that of many children's clothing stores in Nanning, and the profits would be higher. So she opened the children's wear shop.

Ms. Chen believes that the biggest problem facing independent shops is to find sources of goods. The selected brand should consider the consumption ability of the surrounding residents, and ensure that the purchase price is lower than others, so that the cost can be reduced and the price advantage can be achieved. Some shopkeepers save money and buy goods in the local wholesale market, so that they are less expensive to go to factories, but the cost is obviously higher. However, if you personally purchase goods, it will be more difficult. This is a psychological preparation. Take her as an example. Although her shop is not large, there are three brands of children's clothing sold, but she travels in Guangdong for seven or eight hours every month. Besides purchasing, she goes to the local market to take a look at the current fashions. Several markets often take six or seven hours to go down. Sometimes they do not care enough to eat lunch. Although she can pfer the money to the manufacturer and let the manufacturer deliver the goods directly from Guangdong, however, there will be such a phenomenon that the clothing, style and color of the manufacturer are not satisfactory.
When interviewed, she also greeted customers who entered the shop from time to time. A female customer said she wanted to pick a suit of children's clothing for her 4 year old son, but he couldn't make up his mind. After hearing that her son is thinner, Ms Chen suggested that she choose trousers that are relatively wide in trousers. The reason is "it will not be so thin to wear." At her suggestion, the mother finally picked out a suit for her son. After her busy work, Ms. Chen said that it is necessary to open the shop for children and children independently, and dress and collocation. Moreover, when customers can't make up their minds, they can give a better reference.
