    Technological Innovation Of Cotton Spinning Equipment In Textile Industry

    The JWF1418A automatic doffing roving machine system exhibited by Tianjin Hongda has realized the connection of roving frame and spinning frame.

    It is made up of main engine JWF1418A type automatic doffing roving machine, auxiliary JWF9561 type coarse and fine conveying system and JWF0121 tail yarn remover.

    The machine has eliminated the structure of the cone roving mechanism and differential mechanism of the traditional roving frame. It adopts four motors to drive partially, and the ingot adopts the form of the lower spindle. The method of automatically filling the yarn on the two sides of the flyer on the roving frame and the built-in automatic doffing system are fully completed automatically from the doffing to the replacement, the birth and the driving, and the automatic spinning of the roving frame is realized. The full tube roving is automatically conveyed to the coarse and fine joint system through the empty and full tube exchange parts of the machine, and the coarse and fine yarn is connected with the spinning frame.

    The JWF1418A type automatic doffing roving machine connects with 120 spindles long cars and long spinning frames.     Air jet looms, as a weak item in the field of China's textile equipment, still rely heavily on imports.

    Improving the technical level of domestic air-jet looms has always been the concern of the industry.

    At present, China's air jet looms are mainly produced by Xianyang textile machinery, Wuxi, Jiangsu and so on. During the exhibition, we saw that enterprises devoted all their efforts to the improvement of air-jet loom technology and were more pleased with their progress.


    Jingwei Textile Machinery Xianyang loom Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has introduced three new air-jet looms with independent intellectual property rights.

    The G1752 air-jet loom adopts the double side conjugate cam beating up mechanism, which provides a guarantee for weaving wide fabrics and heavy fabrics.

    The advanced technology abroad has greatly improved the control accuracy of the main and auxiliary nozzles and reduced the consumption of gas.

    As a high-speed loom, the G1758 air-jet loom can run at 900r/min.

    The G1756 type glass fiber air-jet loom is the first fiberglass air-jet loom for the warp and weft loom to enter the fiberglass weaving industry. Its speed reaches 700r/min.

    The machine has a maximum winding diameter of 1000mm and can be woven with 0.03~0.18mm glass fiber.


    There are three different sizes of SPR700 air-jet looms, which range from 190~360cm to wide range of fabrics.

    SPR700-PT-ET2C-190cm has hit the fastest speed of domestic brand air-jet looms at a speed of 1200 r/min.

    Another wide loom SPR700-PT-ET2C-360 cm, which is suitable for weaving high grade home textiles, has created a precedent for controlling 2 auxiliary nozzles by solenoid valves.

    The control scheme not only embodies the powerful function of loom control system, but also reduces the energy consumption of looms. Especially, the control technology of hardware and software of electrical control system has taken a big step forward.


    Jiangsu standard WG2000 air jet loom has been greatly improved in terms of automation, production efficiency and operation stability.

    The products include 190 ~ 340cm different gate size specifications, 340cm configuration double warp belt split device, weft optional double spray, four jet free weft insertion.

    The beating up system has four connecting rods and six connecting rods, and the take-up mechanism is divided into mechanical coiling and electronic take-up. The rear beam is provided with two kinds of single and double, and the double rear beams can weave heavy fabrics whose warp tension is greater than 450kg.

    The side brace is equipped with upper and lower type. The equipment adopts two side box wall panels and reinforced frame, and increases the support in the frame, improves the vibration resistance, and further improves the speed and stability of the equipment.


    The RFJA10 air-jet loom of Zhejiang hair textile machinery Co., Ltd. adopts the super starter motor system to make the loom start 12 times the normal torque when it starts, and improve the beating force of the first weft.

    The total tension of warp yarn is detected by tension sensor to ensure the accuracy of warp delivery and maintain the constant tension of warp yarn.

    A reinforced four bar beating up mechanism can be used to weave high-quality fabric products.

    The ultra short air passage ensures stable weft insertion and reduces air consumption.


    The TC730A air-jet loom introduced by Qingdao Chun Chun and the SGA211 air-jet loom of Shijiazhuang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. also showed a higher level of domestic equipment.

    Qingdao Hongda SMARO-I type automatic winding machine has been developed independently by the company. Its winding speed is as high as 2200m/min. It realizes automatic pmission of yarn from spinning frame to automatic winding machine, improves yarn cleaning status, and effectively avoids yarn contact damage. At the same time, the machine also solves the contradiction between spinning speed and spinning speed in spinning process, and greatly improves the spindle speed of spinning frame. The improvement of automation level greatly reduces the labor cost of the equipment.

    Another ESPERO-NUOVO automatic winder, which is designed to save energy and reduce consumption, has a new and independent design of the electrical control system of the equipment. It takes full advantage of the new devices and integrated parts instead of the original parts, and pforms the suction motor to frequency conversion control, so that the equipment can meet the requirements of higher energy consumption and consumption reduction.
