Exhibits: the seventeenth China International Clothing and Accessories Fair (CHIC2009), jointly sponsored by the China Apparel Association, China World Trade Center Company Ltd and the China Textile Council, will be held from March 26, 2009 to March 29th. The men's and women's garments will be launched in Beijing China International Exhibition Center.

According to industry sources, today's CHIC is the largest clothing exhibition in China and even in Asia.

As a fully internationalized industry exhibition, CHIC has created a feast for China's apparel industry. It is a grand occasion for China and international brands to compete with each other. It is also a bridge for fashion elites across the world.

In the era of global innovation, CHIC will follow the footsteps of the garment industry and move towards a more brilliant and promising future.

In order to do a good job in this exhibition, the Organizing Committee of the exhibition made some arrangements for the food, accommodation and business of the exhibitors during the exhibition.

The related matters are hereby notified as follows: please cooperate with the comrades in charge of the exhibition units and the comrades concerned.

Accommodation time: March 20th - March 29, March 30th (before 12:00 noon).

This year is the second time for the fashion show to be held at the new exhibition hall. As the supporting facilities of the new exhibition hall are not very complete, there are many exhibitors. Our company provides food, accommodation and pportation arrangements for exhibitors in the two star, three-star, four star and five star hotels near the new exhibition hall and near the East Third Ring Road and East Fourth Ring Road in the city (see Annex 1).

Due to the limited number of discount rooms during the exhibition, the exhibition organizers, units and individuals are required to fax the return receipt (see Annex 2) to the organizing committee affairs office before March 10th, and confirm the receipt of the advance payment according to the confirmation receipt.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition reception, the China Sports Travel Service Co., Ltd. as the designated reception service unit of the exhibition, is responsible for the reception, pportation and accommodation arrangements of the exhibitors.
