What is more, you can ask your boss to deal with you.
Get the respect of your leaders: people will not follow those who despise them. When you ask others to do something, you must do it yourself. You need to learn from each other so that both sides can make progress together. This makes everyone feel that they are treated fairly.
Change happens all the time. You can best protect yourself by building good relationships with people around you.
