Shoe Enterprises Are Pleased To Be Listed On The Market.
喜得龍集團將于下周一路演,據市場消息指,該股在4月已獲上市保□人之一的高盛斥資3.06億元入股8%,而是次公開招股的集資額將為1.5億美元(約11.7億元),計畫下周四或周五開始招股,7月11日掛牌。
據保薦人德銀表示,喜得龍已引入兩位策略投資者,創投基金RichWise去年8月以1.2億元購入20%股權,其后攤薄至目前的11.125%,而高盛則在今年4月斥資3.06億元入股8%。該股今年預測市盈率為11.1點至16.5倍,預計上市后派息比率為20%。
據另一保薦人高盛的報告指,以07年度批發業務收入為13億元(人民幣下同)計算,喜得龍于內地排名第四,僅次于李寧(02331)、安踏(02020)和于新加坡上市的鴻星爾克。喜得龍于內地的市占率為3%,并主要集中拓展中國西北部及較小的城鎮。
報告雖無披露喜得龍的估值,但高盛認為,與其最類似者為安踏及特步(01368),兩者的08年預測市盈率(P/E)約14-25倍。喜得龍07年度盈利為1.35億元,較06年增長近倍。高盛估計,其08年度盈利將再增長46%至2.88億元。

Personalized shoe making in three years
近期喜得龍推出了腳平衡視窗第一代技術,據了解,腳平衡視窗技術是2006年喜得龍與國家體育總局體科所共同合作開發的項目,WINDOWSFOOT-1是該項目的第一個科研成果。國家體育總局體科所科技開發中心主任龐曉忠告訴記者,“喜得龍腳平衡視窗第一代技術不僅可以為消費者選擇運動鞋提供科學數據,更重要的是能收集到大量的腳型數據,從而為中國人量身定做鞋打下堅實的基礎”。據龐曉忠介紹,在中國人腳型數據研發方向,國家體育總局體科所目前已經跟耐克、阿迪達斯等國際運動品牌展開了合作,而喜得龍是中國目前唯一與其合作的企業。
作為主打科技概念的運動品牌,喜得龍的運動科技研發力度不斷加大。未來三年,喜得龍將在運動鞋月眉片技術、個性化鞋墊開發和量身訂制個性化運動鞋等三方面實現重大突破。“技術是品牌的最核心價值,喜得龍的科技投入必將大大提升產品的附加值。”喜得龍董事長林水盤說。
New English name HITERON
除了在科研方面的大動作,喜得龍在奧運營銷上也來勢洶洶。據透露喜得龍已投入數千萬巨資成為央視奧運頻道體育世界欄目的戰略合作伙伴。
為了對接奧運商機,喜得龍在品牌視覺形象上下足了工夫。近期喜得龍品牌顧問、原安踏品牌總監胡眾輝公布了喜得龍全新的英文名字HITERON,而原先的英文名XIDELONG將停止使用。“喜得龍全新的英文名是中文高科技的縮寫,全新的英文名與喜得龍品牌一直訴求的高科技概念保持著高度一致,這能很好地為喜得龍打造科技領先的運動品牌加分。”胡眾輝坦言,推出全新的英文名字也是奧運戰略的一部分,“北京奧運會期間,很多海外媒體和國際友人都會來到中國,這時候推出全新的英文名字是一個很好的宣傳機會。”
