    How Can Smes Create The Foundation Of Innovation?

    Innovation is the theme of this era. No matter big enterprises or small and medium-sized enterprises, innovation is the main task of enterprise development. In reality, many small and medium-sized enterprises are too complicated and unimaginable to innovate imagination, so that innovation can only be left on the verge of oral communication, thus missing the opportunity for development.

    Specifically, SMEs can build the foundation of innovation from the following three aspects:

        一、活力: 

    Innovation is a way of abandoning the awareness of old ideas and improving them through methods and means.

    For many small and medium enterprises, the proportion of innovation in the daily operation activities of small and medium enterprises is still very small, and the height of placement is not high enough. The reason is that they are worried about changing the status quo of enterprises and causing confusion. On the other hand, they take too much into consideration of resources. This is directly related to the bias of innovation, because whether they are at the organizational level or in the market operation level, SMEs can not ignore the characteristics of their flexibility. Therefore, this flexibility should be extended to innovation, so as to maintain the vitality of enterprises and make them the basis for innovation.

    We must realize that innovation is not necessarily necessary for SMEs to change the status quo or how huge resources they need to support. Instead, it is a dynamic state that provides the soil for growth, and effectively integrates them with breakthroughs.

    Small and medium-sized enterprises in the maintenance of vitality can be referred to the following aspects, such as: the introduction of talents, will have different ideas and skills of talents to supplement, to promote organizational activation; to strengthen learning in innovation, with the help of external forces to maintain vitality; set up an innovative organization, in the form of loose groups, from all angles to assess the existing process and innovative ideas, find feasible projects for the pilot and promotion; in the overall budget, set aside about 10% of the innovation fund, for reward innovation and small-scale pilot.

    企業發展到一定階段就會自然而然的追求各方面的平衡,這種平衡可能是思想上的,也可能是組織秩序上的,或者是權力上的,當然平衡對企業的穩定發展相當重要,然而,有時候卻并不利于創新,甚至會扼殺創新意識(如:為了保持某種平衡自然不自然的排斥和壓制新的思想和行為),因此,中小企業打造創新的基礎要尋求平衡中的不平衡,即全球品牌網在思想上,在一個大的統一的企業發展的思想框架下鼓勵多元化的思想,通過碰撞產生創新的火花;在管理的組織層面上,引入內部的競爭機制,在正常的管理中加入創新管理,使這些不平衡能夠得以被有效引導至創新層面,并將創新作為這種機制的績效指標之一;在管理的責權上,為創新型人才或團隊提供更大的空間,使其充分發揮引領作用,帶動創新風氣的形成和創新的實施。

        三、讓創新成為常態: 

    Innovation needs to be done practically in daily work. The innovation of small and medium enterprises does not necessarily have to fundamentally establish new things. Instead, it can study through a certain point in the existing (internal or external) process, carry out effective pcendental innovation, or regenerate the existing elements to produce new vitality. All these require SMEs to proceed from a pragmatic point of view and make innovation the norm.

    First of all, we must establish a firm concept of innovation, and make sure that innovation is not a matter of a department or individual, but a matter of everyone in the enterprise. If the market operation is the core task of the small and medium-sized enterprises, then the innovation under the strategic framework is the primary task for the small and medium enterprises.

    For innovation, we can not let go of any changes that can promote performance improvement in our daily work. We should start from the nuances and gradually establish corresponding mechanisms. At the same time, we need to set up an innovative information filtering system to extract effective information and carry out further research and deepening.

    In addition, under the current situation, the role of individual entrepreneurs is still very important for innovation. Entrepreneurs should advocate and play an active role, and ultimately achieve their own quality through this understanding and advocacy of behavior, and enhance entrepreneurship.
