    When welding the blades, we usually weld them naturally in the air and do not cool them. This will speed up the expansion and contraction of the cutting tools, make the structure of the cutting tool loose, the structure is not tight, and the knives have numerous small cracks. This is the main reason for the tool's undurable and easy wear.


    As we all know, cutting tools can not be cooled by coolant in the process of machining. This method of operation can easily cause cracking of blades, which is invisible to the eyes.

    When the tool is welded, the temperature should be above 1000 degrees. If it is cooled in air suddenly, it will be about 400 degrees -500 C in the process of cutting, which is fast and cold in the cutting tool. The reason why the coolant is cooled is the same. It is easy to cause the powder structure of the tool to become unstable.


    The alloy blade is made up of metal micro powder and pressed by more than 100 ton press, and then sintered at high temperature.

    This is the same as the stones on our common mountaintops, which have been turned into numerous small stones and loose weathering processes after long periods of wind and rain and sunshine.


    When the tool is used for heat treatment, the industrial electric furnace is applied conditionally, and the welding tools are immediately put into the furnace (the furnace temperature should be no less than 600 degrees Celsius). With the temperature falling slowly in the furnace, no conditions can be used for cooling and cooling with lime, and the welding tools are immediately embedded in lime and cooled slowly for 6 hours.
