According to the data provided by Quanzhou inspection and quarantine department, Quanzhou footwear exports exceeded 1-9 US dollars in this year, a new record high, and the average unit price of exported footwear increased by 23.10%, consolidating the status of Quanzhou as the main production base of world sports shoes.
According to statistics, the value of footwear exported from Quanzhou inspection and quarantine department increased by 1.08%% in 1-9 months, showing a recovery growth trend. In 1-9 months, Quanzhou's footwear exports accounted for about half of Fujian's total, accounting for 8.35%% of the whole country. Although the value of Quanzhou's footwear exports slowed down, though the appreciation of RMB, raw material prices, labor costs and foreign trade barriers, the value of exports increased by 6.26%% in the third quarter. Among them, the unit price per unit increased from US $3.03 in the same period last year to US $3.73, an increase of 23.10%%.
According to the analysis of the industry, the reason why footwear exports in Quanzhou can maintain growth is mainly the diversification of the international market for product export, and the sales market is mainly European Union, and the United States is the second time to diversify the more than 80 countries and regions in Japan, Eastern Europe and the middle East.
At the same time, the export products are mainly middle and low grade shoes, showing diversification, forming from the children's shoes to adult shoes, from the sports shoes, slippers, casual shoes to special shoes, leather shoes manufacturing production organization and scale of the intensive pattern, including sports shoes accounted for about 82%, slippers account for about 13%, leather shoes accounted for about 5%.
The continuous improvement of the independent innovation ability of Quanzhou shoe enterprises is also the key to maintain its strong market competitiveness. More and more shoe companies are upgrading their added value and technical content by adjusting their product mix. Global, XTEP, PEAK, Hongxing Erke and other companies increase the proportion of private brand exports, the price per unit is 1 times higher than the average export price, up to 21 US dollars. Among the 15 Chinese famous brand products of the national sports shoes, Quanzhou accounted for 11, and the world and XTEP were the first to become the "export exemption" enterprises of footwear in our province, accounting for 1/2 of the whole country. In addition, the inspection and quarantine departments and local government departments have attached importance to the advanced concepts and experiences of international footwear quality control for many years, and actively promoted export footwear production enterprises to improve their product quality self-control ability, actively guided enterprises to cope with foreign trade technical barriers, and promoted the management level and quality level of the whole industry to continuously improve.
