    Global Chemical Output Reduction In 08 November

    From the year-on-year perspective, the region continued to grow substantially year by year, especially in China, Korea and Philippines, but production in Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand decreased.
