With the application of textiles, we should diversify the export market, stabilize the international market share, strengthen technological pformation and independent brand building, focus on technological progress in the fields of spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber and other industries, promote the independent level of textile equipment and cultivate internationally influential well-known brands, accelerate the elimination of backward production capacity, and eliminate backward production processes and equipment such as high energy consumption and heavy pollution, give preferential support to enterprises with difficulties in mergers and reorganization, and focus on developing textile products with high technology content, high added value and low consumption of resources; give credit support to enterprises whose fundamentals are better, but temporarily run business and financial difficulties, increase support for small and medium-sized textile enterprises, encourage credit institutions to provide credit guarantee and financing services, and lighten the burden of textile enterprises. Facing the spring breeze of adjusting and revitalizing the textile industry, Changzhou textile industry must follow the "five requirements" and further build Changzhou into a strong textile city: co-ordinate two international and domestic markets, develop new products, open up rural markets and promote industries.
