Xi'An 5 Batch Of Clothing Checks Failed

From the Xi'an Bureau of quality and technical supervision, recently, the Bureau conducted a supervision and spot check on the quality of men's and women's trousers sold in the Xi'an market. A total of 26 batches of samples were inspected and 21 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 80.8%.

The test results showed that 4 batches of unqualified 5 batches were found to be unqualified, accounting for 80% of the total rejected batches. In addition, fiber content, dry cleaning fastness and pH value were not qualified.

The national mandatory standards GB5296.4-1998 and GB18401-2003 stipulate that nine general textile products should be marked in their product labels, which are the product name, the name and address of the production enterprise, the fiber content, the washing method, the specification type, the adoption standard, the product grade, the inspection qualification certificate and the product safety technology category.

If the basic quality information and safe use information of these commodities are not seriously labelled or tagged incorrectly, it will make consumers lack the basis for correct use of commodities, and deprive consumers of the right to know the goods. At the same time, the supervision department is also difficult to carry out effective supervision.

(BOTON No. ME017 grade 175/90A grade 1); the logo of Yintai is produced by Jiangmen Xinhui District Star Garment Factory Co., Ltd., the SHEHE fast dry trousers (No. 93512 grade 160/66A grade first grade); the East Street Lining shop sells the logo of Lining brand casual trousers produced by Lining (China) Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. (No. IKXD107-3 grade 175/80A grade grade 1).

This spot checks some unqualified products: Xi'an Metro supermarket distribution logo for Zhejiang Busen Clothing Co., Ltd. Hua Sen brand casual pants (8258-6 specifications 30 grade all qualified items logo, dry cleaning color fastness); Xi'an stele forest level clothing store distribution logo is Shishi wind in Jinlong clothing factory produced Lu Sen men's trousers (goods No. 51 specifications 175/84A grade first grade unqualified items fiber content, logo).

It is understood that the Xi'an Bureau will further strengthen the supervision of the quality of such commodities. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the "product quality law" and other relevant laws and regulations, the enterprises that sell disqualified products shall be ordered to stop sales and fines and other administrative penalties, and the unqualified products should be cleared out of the market.
