The Fourth Henan "Famous Enterprise Talent" Textile Industry Fair Held
Recently, the fourth Henan "famous enterprise talent" textile and garment industry recruitment fair was held in Zhongyuan University of Technology South Campus Ziwei square.
267 enterprises from and outside the province carry 2765 jobs and come to the scene to recruit talents.
The day reached 756 jobs intentions.
Most of the 267 recruiters come from Henan Province, and most of the 2765 jobs are related to marketing and management.
The demand for technical workers such as design and plate making is less than 1/3 of marketing, while almost no jobs related to costumes.
The Zhengzhou Qu Liang garment industrial park, which provided the largest number of jobs in the recruitment fair, only recruited 300 business managers, while many other businesses were basically similar to those of Qu Liang.
Reporters at the scene saw that although there were many job opportunities provided by Qu Liang, there were not many job candidates gathered before the recruitment booth, but the position of the business manager seemed not very attractive to the graduates.
Wang Pei, a graduate of fashion design engineering at Zhongyuan University of Technology, told reporters that she was more inclined to choose jobs that were appropriate to her major, and she would go back to the next choice of marketing or other jobs.
However, the demand for plate making and designers is small, and the company has asked for 1-2 years of practical experience, which obviously makes Wang Pei feel at heart.
She said she had sent two resumes, but from the conversation with enterprises, it is still unknown whether her wish can be realized.
In recent years, the garment industry in Henan has developed rapidly, showing a good growth momentum since 2003, with an annual growth of 20%-30%.
Xiao Jiaxiang, director of the Zhengzhou Qu Liang garment industrial park, said that there are now more than 6000 garment enterprises in Henan Province, and there is a great demand for talents.
However, affected by the economic environment, the development of the textile and garment industry has been affected this year. On the one hand, the production of enterprises is suppressed. On the other hand, enterprises need to sell their products, so the demand for salesmen is bigger than before.
There are nearly 1000 graduates of textile and clothing industry in Zhongyuan University of Technology this year. In order to solve the employment problems of these graduates, the school has produced the "2009 graduates employment promotion system". The school leaders took their own teams to go to Shanghai, Guangdong, Shandong and other developed areas to collectively recommend the graduates, facilitating the employing needs of employers, reducing the graduates' job-hunting costs and improving the quality of recommendation.
This time with the Henan Apparel Industry Association jointly held the recruitment meeting, Zhongyuan University of Technology is also a combination of its own school running characteristics and advantages, relying on industry advantages, to carry out campus cooperation, and promote the employment of graduates.
