The "opinion" pointed out that the implementation of the plan should speed up independent innovation and promote structural adjustment and industrial optimization and upgrading according to the overall requirements of "adjusting structure, promoting pformation and ensuring development".

Mainly through the following measures to achieve the goal:

First, speed up technological pformation.

The guide to industrial technology pformation projects is released to guide enterprises to accelerate technological pformation and upgrade their innovation ability from the aspects of optical and mechanical integration sewing machinery, special industrial sewing machinery and intelligent equipment.

Two, actively organize key industry enterprises to declare national technical pformation projects, obtain state loan interest discount and other policy support, and form a batch of key technologies and new products with independent intellectual property rights through project tackling.

The association will also guide enterprises to create a competitive and orderly development environment, promote the evaluation of enterprise credit system, advocate integrity management, strengthen the construction of industrial clusters, cultivate distinctive regional and professional markets, and enhance the overall competitiveness of industries.

Fundamentally speaking, CISMA, as a worldwide professional sewing machine exhibition, is an indispensable platform for the "made in China" exhibition image.
