In the first quarter of this year, the export situation of footwear products in Hangzhou was not optimistic. The 2960 batch of export batches fell by 8.19% compared with the same period last year. The number of exports was 9 million 528 thousand and 200 pairs, down 51.01% compared with the same period last year, and the export amount was 54 million 627 thousand and 300 US dollars, down 0.08% from the same period last year.

Among them, Germany, Italy, Holland and other footwear importing countries declined considerably.

The decline in export footwear was mainly due to the impact of the international financial crisis and the decline in foreign purchasing power.

It is worth noting that although the export of footwear trade has dropped significantly, foreign businessmen have not relaxed the quality and safety requirements of footwear, and the safety and hygiene inspection items of footwear have not been reduced.

In addition to the provisions of the National Bureau of inspection items, in the first quarter, the European Union merchants have put forward the need to detect six valent chromium, formaldehyde, pesticide pesticides, pH value and so on for export footwear products.
