If you take charge of yourself, your subordinates will surely become a yes man, a habit of being obedient. They will be tied up when they start doing things. They will not be able to cope with difficulties.

The danger is that when the subordinates make a mistake, they always greet the general manager with a look of anger. Often, for a trivial matter, they start to get angry early in the morning.
Since the general manager is such a role, when the organization has problems in the operation process and the subordinates make mistakes, there is no need to blame their subordinates first. Instead, they should look for themselves from top to bottom, and find the problems and solve problems as the pleasure of organizing and shaping their subordinates.
To solve problems, we must first fix people.
The most important thing is to choose the right people and be able to allocate talents reasonably.
A clever general manager must be very careful in choosing a candidate. He can always track and wait for a suitable person, and cultivate and hunt with patience.
Of course, candidates include a combination of people, who are not good at combining different types, characteristics and abilities.
Just like building principles: some broken bricks and tiles are stacked there in isolation, which is a pile of garbage.
But once the masonry is integrated into the whole wall, every brick and tile becomes an indispensable element.
If the people do not decide, there must be repeated problems in the following departments.
It's more important than patience to teach fishing.
If the subordinates can not work well, it depends on whether the general manager has a good way of training his subordinates and whether he can create a pleasant environment for survival.
If the general manager mentioned above does not change the habit of not being able to persuade or not to trust others, the organization he is in control of will probably unknowingly shrink. When I worked in SIEMENS company in Germany four years ago, I remember that there were some managers who were recruited from state-owned companies at that time.
At the beginning, they did not show any special abilities.
I do not know when to start, more people have become very active, competent and excellent, like a changed person.
What is the reason? From my view now, it depends on the senior managers who are well trained from internationally renowned companies, almost rarely using an angry way to carry out a leader, and to take a "pull" rather than "push" style of gentlemen, often with a vivid metaphor, a small story and a group of obvious data, and a constant guide to walking in an accurate direction.
Be careful. Don't let your unconsciousness subside; the health of your organization.
Organization is a system of conscious coordination of human activities or forces. When acting as the general manager of this system, it will inevitably affect the Personality Orientation of organizations and their members with their own likes and dislikes and subconsciousness.
For example, the general manager who is eager for quick success and quick profits and short term behavior will conflict with the subordinates who are seeking long-term survival instincts, or appear or be in conflict or conflict. In order to reduce costs, they may be drawn from their employees.
Because of these subconscious and behavior in the process of accumulated work, the integrity of the subordinates of the boss is at a loss, unintentionally committed such a mistake.
An organization can not make its members full of sunshine and simple thinking to engage in routine work. This organization will become dull, dull and lifeless.

Since the root of the problem is in the general manager's own body, we should try to be less angry and not even angry.
