Conference Management Essentials
(1) the essentials of improving the effectiveness of the conference.
1., we must strictly observe the start time of the meeting. *

5., we should guide the conclusion within a predetermined time. *
6. when we have to extend the meeting time, we should get your approval and decide the extension time. *

(two) taboo items of meetings

Enterprise conference management system
(1) general provisions
In order to improve the style of work, reduce meetings, shorten meeting time and improve the quality of meetings, the system is specially formulated.

(two) classification and organization of meetings
First, the whole plant conference is divided into four categories:
1. factory level meeting: mainly including the party and government leadership (expansion) meeting, the whole factory cadre meeting, the whole plant group leader meeting, the whole factory Party member conference, the whole factory member assembly, the whole factory workers' Congress, the whole factory technical personnel meeting and various Congress.
After the approval of the Party committee or the factory Department, the party, government, industry and regiment departments shall be responsible for organizing the convening.

2. professional meeting: a comprehensive technical and business comprehensive meeting (such as business activity analysis, quality analysis, production technology preparation, production scheduling, safety work meeting, etc.), approved by the leader of the plant, and responsible for the organization of the business department.

3. system and departmental workshops: workshops held by various workshops, departments and branches, such as workshop, trade unions, branch meetings, branch offices, workshops, etc., are decided and convened by the departments and branches of various workshops.

The 4. group (Group) will be decided and presided over by the leaders of each party, industry group or group leader.

Second meetings held by our superiors or foreign units in our factory (such as on-site meetings, reports, office meetings, etc.) or inter factory business meetings (such as joint meetings, user seminars, etc.) are arranged by the factory office, and the relevant counterparts in the relevant departments cooperate to do the conference work well.
(three) meeting arrangements
Arrangements for the third regular meetings.

In order to avoid excessive or repeated meetings, regular meetings of the whole factory will be included in the regular meetings. In principle, they should be convened according to the time, place, content and organization of the routine.
The regular meetings are arranged as follows:
1. administrative technology conference
(1) director general's office:
Researching and deploying administrative work, discussing and deciding the major problems of the whole plant's administrative work.

Summarize and evaluate the production administration work during the month and arrange the next month's work assignment.

(3) general meeting of cadres above class leaders (or workers' meetings of the whole factory):
Summing up the work of last quarter (half year and full year) and deploying the tasks of this quarter (half year and new year), commending the advanced collectives and individuals.

(4) business activity analysis meeting:
Report and analyze the factory plan implementation and operation results, evaluate the work of all aspects, affirm the achievements, expose the contradictions, propose improvement measures, and continuously improve the economic efficiency of the factory.

(5) quality analysis meeting:
Report, summarize, product quality situation last month, discuss and analyze quality accident (problem), research and decide quality improvement measures.

(6) safety work (including public order and fire fighting):
Report on summing up the production safety and fire prevention work in the previous quarter, analyze and deal with accidents, check and analyze potential accidents, and study safety precautions.

(7) technical work meeting (including production technology preparation meeting)
To report and summarize the completion of the work plan for technical pformation, new product development, scientific research, technology and daily production technology in the month, arrange technical tasks for next month, and study and determine measures to solve technical problems.

(8) production scheduling meeting:
Scheduling, balancing production schedule, and studying and solving major problems that workshop departments can not solve by themselves.

(9) the Council of science and technology:
Check, summarize and arrange work.

(10) workshop workshop:

(11) team meetings:

Fourth other meetings:
All kinds of meetings involving the heads of more than one workshop must be submitted to the two offices after the approval of the leaders of the XXX or the branch factory before the meeting.

The fifth factories should organize regular meetings and all kinds of temporary meetings on every Saturday. The plan should be balanced and planned to be issued to factory leaders and workshops, departments and related service personnel.

Sixth, where a factory has been included in an accounting plan meeting, if a new meeting is to be rescheduled or new arrangements need to be arranged in case of special circumstances, the convening unit shall report to the factory for adjustment of the meeting plan 2 days in advance.
No one can disrupt the normal meeting plan without permission from the factory.

The Seventh Party has the right to refuse to arrange for meetings which are not well prepared, or repeated or have little effect.

The eighth article has the right to arrange the merger for several meetings with the same personnel, close contents and suitable time.

The ninth stage of each department must be subject to the unified arrangement of the whole plant. Every department should not arrange for a regular meeting of the whole factory.

(four) preparations for the meeting
Tenth all the conference chairmen and convening units should participate in the preparatory work separately.
(including the preparation of the agenda, proposal, summary, outline, key points, draft of work plan, draft decision, implementation of the venue, preparation of seats, tea sets, tea, prizes, souvenirs, notification to participants, etc.)
