7, the auctioneer should be held responsible for the auction of his possession. He should promptly notify the client of the change in the auction, and the auctioneer shall be liable for the loss of the auction due to the fault of the auctioneer.

8. When the auctioneer is over, auctioneers shall, within 7 days after the receipt of all receivables, pay the proceeds of the auction to the trustor without delay.

9, the auctioneer that needs to be taxed shall be paid by the principal, and the tax can be obtained from the proceeds of the auction after the tax authorities agree.

10. After the auction is concluded, the auctioneer will give the bidder invoice or the receipt that meets the requirements of the tax authorities according to the paction price.

The seventh contract shall become effective after signing by both parties and shall not be breached.

Otherwise, the other party will pay the default penalty according to the% of the base price of the auction.

In case of disputes arising from the performance of the contract, both parties agree to arbitrate by the Suzhou Arbitration Commission.
