First, the color paddle is used to mix the dye into the paddle container and mix it with warm water.

Two, before dyeing, in order to make the coloring more uniform and increase the dyeing fastness, the stains on the clothes are cleaned before dyeing, and the buttons and decorations on the clothes are removed to prevent damage in dyeing.

Three. According to the different bath ratio (dyeing concentration) of different clothing materials, the clothes are dyed into the dye vat and heated to a suitable temperature. The mixture is poured into the dye vat and stirred evenly. According to the different fabric materials and colors, the dyeing temperature is determined and the clothes are dyed again in the dye vat.

Four, control dyeing, according to different fabrics and colors of clothing, add a variety of dyeing auxiliaries, control the dyeing speed and temperature of clothes, make the clothes uniform, brighter and more colourful.

Five, wash and check whether the dye on the clothes is uniform or not, then stop heating, let the clothes cool down naturally in the dye vat.

Six, fixing the color of different fabrics, choose different fixative, different dosage and process to fix the color, then dehydrate, dry and iron.
