We Must Adhere To Principles, But We Must Go Against Our Superiors.
現在流行談“執行力”,于是,大量的關于“執行”和“服從”的書籍擺上了企業的書柜。作為下屬,服從上級安排是本分。但并不是就意味著事事都要順從上司。如果上司的指令明顯是不恰當的,執行起來對工作會帶來更嚴重的危害,我想不用再無條件的服從了吧?但是作為下屬,要想堅持原則而又不服從上司的決定是一件比較難的事情,要作到這一點,必須要采取恰當的方法。就這點問題提出一點看法,僅供參考:
1, obey first and execute again. Regardless of whether the boss's decision is correct, subordinates should obey. That is to say, the boss is announces a decision or a direction.
When you assign a task, you must obey it first. Obedience does not mean you must give a promise, but listen to your boss. Then consider whether or not it should be held.
That's ok? Should we not? How should it be implemented?
2、選擇合適的表達方式向上司陳述你不能執行的理由。1)不要直接的回絕你的上司,也不要責難他的錯誤,尤其是當你的上司在公開的場合宣布他的決定時候,你更要顧及他的面子和地位。你可以帶上你的想法到他的辦公室或者找一個比較安靜的地方和他單獨溝通。2)就事論事,你是來和上司探討問題的,不是來批評人的。你和上司溝通的只是針對事情的本身,所以在你的言語中要注意,不要上你的上司以為你是看不起他。3)不要擺出說教的姿態,要用商量的語氣。你是下屬,他是上司,沒有哪一個上司喜歡下屬去教訓他。在指出上司錯誤的時候,盡量使用商量或請教的語氣。比如“這是我對***的個人看法,我想聽聽你的指導意見”,“請你看看是不是這樣會好一點”,等等。4)感謝你的上司能夠抽時間聽一下你的建議。不管他接受不接受,改不改變原來的決定,你都要感謝他。
3、要有充分的理由,很關鍵的一點。一般來講,上司做一個決定都是經過考慮的。如果你要你的上司改變原的觀點,你就必須要有足夠的理由。1)將心換心。站在你上司的立場上考慮一下,為什么會下這樣的決定?2)收集資料。要通過數據和資料說話。材料越多,你才有可能更有說服力。
4, learn to compromise. The boss doesn't always accept your suggestions. If you insist on persuading him to change his mind, there may be more contradictions.
你把你的看法說出來,你已經盡到了一個下屬的責任了,一定要學會讓步。給你的上司一個考慮的時間,不要強求你的上司會馬上改變。
5、最糟糕的事情恐怕是不管怎樣,就算你的看法是百分百的正確時,你的上司都還是不改變原來的決定。作為下屬,如果你還想在這個崗位工作,就只有服從了。考慮好這個不好的決定可能帶來的不良后果,提前作好預防,構思一下有沒有好的補救辦法,盡量把負面的影響降到最低。
