     1. 注油

    (4) problems that may arise during oil injection are as follows:


    (1) example 1: after using a normal working machine for a year, after replacing the hydraulic oil, the suction resistance of the pump increases and noise occurs after less than ten days, and then there is a breakdown.

    The cause of the trouble is that cork, cloth and tar blocks are attached too much to the filter screen, so that the machine can not work normally.

    Case 2: the hydraulic fluid used in the work is abnormal. The investigation found that some water was found in the cooler.

    The reason is: Generally speaking, when the oil drum is stored outside, it should be the oil port down, but they stand up the oil drum, thus the rain enters the oil drum.

    It can be seen that when the oil is stored outdoors, the lid should be tightened and the oil outlet downward.

    Before and after injecting hydraulic oil into the oil tank, it is necessary to confirm whether the lid of the oil drum is properly screwed.

    When the hydraulic oil is polluted or decomposed, the life of the machine will be shortened and malfunction will occur.

    In order to check the status of oil, regular inspections should be conducted and analytical tests should be conducted at the recognized testing authorities.

    However, users can carry out naked eye observation and stain check.

    When the test is finished, the machine is just stopped, and the test material is taken from the oil tank when the hydraulic oil is fully stirred.

    A. naked eye observation


    Put the new hydraulic oil and the hydraulic oil in the different test tubes, compare the two samples, check the oil's color, diaphaneity, the existence of floating matter, and the moisture on the bottom side of the test tube.

    After dropping a few drops of hydraulic oil in the filter paper, (generally speaking, use oil absorbing paper) for 2 to 3 hours.

    Naked eye observation and stain check should be conducted at least once a month.

    The inspection conducted by the oil supplier shall be checked every three months before the installation of the injection molding machine. Once every three months, it will be checked every three months.


     

    (4) use standard of hydraulic oil


    According to the results of component inspection, the oil suppliers decide whether the oil will be replaced or not.

    The method of oil decomposition test stipulated by the company is as follows: in order to detect the decomposition degree of hydraulic oil, the gravimetric analysis is used to detect the insoluble pollutants in hydraulic oil (ASTM - D - 839).

    The specific pollutants in hydraulic oil are detected by particle computing.

    The decomposition analysis of other oils used in the hydraulic system is also carried out as described above.

    Installation of equipment within three months of oil management is very important, it can be said that it determines the life of hydraulic devices.

    In addition, you can also buy portable oil cleaner, which can be used to clean or replenish hydraulic oil or bypass filter.

    The oil cleaning machine can eliminate the inconvenience of work, reduce the breakdown caused by the decomposition of the oil, prolong the life of the hydraulic device, and extend the life of the important and limited resource hydraulic oil.

    The company provided its own oil cleaning equipment and injected fully qualified hydraulic oil into the machine which was finished.

    Before assembling the pipe, after removing the sand, dust, welding slag and other debris, after sedimentation and washing process, the hydraulic system and oil tank are cleaned and injected with hydraulic oil.


     

    (3) oil cleaning work when replacing hydraulic oil


    After the machine is used for a certain period of time, even high quality hydraulic oil is also contaminated by the fine metal powder, oil decomposition, rust or other impurities that occur during the friction process of the hydraulic device.


    Even in the best running state, the life of hydraulic oil is only about 2~3 years.

    If the oil starts to decompose, its decomposition rate will be very fast. At this time, the oil should be replaced and cleaned.


    First, pull out the hydraulic oil that has been used and wipe the inner part of the tank with sponge.

    After injection of new oil at the same level, the machine runs for 4~8 hours at low speed to carry out the oil cleaning work.

    After finishing the cooking oil, wipe the remaining oil in the tank and clean the oil.


     

    (4) oil cleaning work


    When the hydraulic oil contains water, chemicals and sundries, it is seriously polluted. After consultation between the customers, the oil suppliers and the after-sales service personnel, the method and the type of the oil are decided.


     

    (5) others


    From experience, hydraulic oil is often not due to decomposition, but because of mixing with debris or water and shortening life.

    The reasons for the contamination of hydraulic fluids are as follows:


    The fine metal powder produced in the friction part of A. pump or other hydraulic device.


    When B. is injected into hydraulic oil, it is mixed with water, dust or other impurities.


    C. is in contact with dust in the atmosphere.


    D. is in contact with moisture in the atmosphere.


    In order to prevent the pollution brought by the above variety of debris and prolong the life of hydraulic devices and hydraulic oil, our company installed micro powder filters in the hydraulic circuit of large and medium-sized machines, but these filters are only checked regularly, and can be replaced only within a specified time.


    Therefore, monthly gross inspection, stain check and filter inspection are necessary.

    4 replacement period of hydraulic oil


    The period of changing hydraulic oil is decided after the above inspection.

    Under the working condition, the oil temperature is normal, and when the hydraulic oil is replenish and clean in time, the replacement period of the hydraulic oil is as follows.


    Initial replacement: start operation after 2000


    Replacement: replace it every 9000 hours at the time of initial change.


     

    5 points for attention in maintenance


    (1) choose the suitable hydraulic oil.


    (2) regular inspections.


    (3) proper oil temperature should be maintained (45 C + + 5 C).

    The quantity and temperature of the cooling water should be kept at a certain level.


    (4) replace the hydraulic oil with the correct method to carry out the oil cleaning work.
