I. to ensure the personal safety of the maintenance personnel when all equipment is maintained, it must be carried out in the condition of confirming the power supply of the machine and the closure of the gas source.

Two. Wipe the dust on the surface of the equipment with soft cloth and 46# hydraulic oil. Rust parts are sprayed with rust remover, and then wipe with soft cloth after 5 minutes.

Three. Apply the yellow grease to the moving parts such as cylinder, telescopic shaft, bearing, movable bracket and so on.

For fixed parts, rust inhibitor should be sprayed every time (every Monday).

Four. For pneumatic equipment, the oil level of the oil cup in the three parts (three points combination) of the equipment should be checked regularly. The 1/2 oil level must be guaranteed above, and the oil supply quantity of the oil mist detector shall be checked, so as to ensure that every three movements are dripped with a little oil, so as to ensure the adequate oil mist in the pneumatic equipment pipeline to lubricate various pneumatic parts.

At the same time, check whether the filter function of the triplex filter is intact.

Five, for hydraulic equipment, hydraulic fluid should be changed regularly (once a year) to check whether the screen is blocked or ruptured, and whether there is oil leakage in each cylinder part.

Six, for the abnormal condition found in maintenance, the professional maintenance personnel should be notified in time, and should not be forced to use the equipment reluctantly, causing the equipment failure to expand.
