I. materials

Basically, universal materials can reach the international level in 90s. But the material quality of different manufacturers is quite different. If we are using white carbon black, some will cost 6000 yuan a ton, or some 3000. If you want to be a good physical product, please choose the product of the genuine manufacturer. What impressed me most was that when I was in a foreign-funded enterprise, the testing room had to test the finished shoe washing experiment. And for ten years. What is the most lacking of shoe making rubber factories in China? Technology! Everyone should have the same feeling. In order to find a good teacher, we must ask for help. For a good formula, it will cost a lot of money. If you don't come to full-time, please work part-time. For the technical guidance of raw materials manufacturers, we need to spend money on raw materials suppliers and so on.
The excellent RB formula must conform to three basic requirements: the best balance between the physical properties, the cost and the processing. The final composition of the formula can be finalized after many optimization tests and mass production tests.
Formula design is a very complicated job. The designer should choose the main adhesive and the matching agent reasonably according to the various physical indicators. At the same time, the designer should be familiar with the characteristics of all kinds of operating machines and consider the environmental factors. At present, the overall formula technology level of our country should lag behind the international level for 30-40 years. Because before liberation, our technology industry was blank. 1. main adhesive
The normal matching should be natural rubber NR or IR with butadiene styrene rubber and butadiene rubber system. The system is based on CIS polybutadiene rubber. At present, most factories still use natural and styrene butadiene rubber as the main system. The reason is that butadiene rubber has only been put into operation in 60 years, and China has only started to put into operation in 67 years. At this time, during the cultural revolution, China's technology was destroyed. No one has studied the use of these new materials. In the early days of a large number of shoe making rubber factories, only the teachers of the state-run factory spread out a few recipes. The real technological development is that after foreign capital entered China, the technological outflow of foreign capital created China's shoemaking technology. So China's shoe industry should be grateful for foreign investment.
Give a simple example of the main glue.
NR/IR 20-30 international standard rubber is used in Malaysia. Most of the domestic use of 3L glue.
If making light colored products, you can use IR glue.
SBR/SSBR 10-20 generally uses 1502. Solution polymerized butadiene uses 1205 or 1430 etc.
BR 60-70 generally uses 9000. Foreign capital mostly uses BR0150 and so on.
The advantages of this system are:
1. take into account tension, tear force, elasticity and abrasion. All kinds of glue have their own characteristics. We can combine them with each other, and we can learn from each other's strengths.
2. with BR glue as the main body, the dosage of fillers and oils can be much higher, which can reduce costs and reduce physical properties.
3. the abrasion of BR adhesive is very good, which is very helpful to the improvement of wear resistance.
4. the formulation of CIS butadiene rubber is mainly composed of butadiene rubber less than 1/3. It can reduce the cost, and also reduce the dosage of accelerator caused by the assembly of frost and other abnormality.
5. the flexibility of CIS rubber is best in general rubber, and the sole is not easy to deform.
The formula of cis - butadiene rubber at the same time involves another problem, that is, wear and skid, especially BR glue will produce wet slippage. At this time, we should mix with another type of styrene butadiene styrene butadiene rubber. This rubber has excellent skid resistance. As we all know, high-grade glass glue is not slippery, because it is dissolved in styrene butadiene rubber.
2. filling agent: the production of cattle tendon plucent white carbon black can achieve the effect.
White carbon black (SiO2*XH2O): the most widely used filling agent in formula, the dosage in the formula is generally 30-60PHR, in order to reduce costs, improve the strength of rubber, reduce the fluidity of rubber.
The quality of Bai Tanhei is directly related to the physical properties of rubber. The international standard for common white carbon black is as follows:
Surface area: greater than 175 square meters / gram
PH: 6-7.5
Moisture content 5-7%
Purity is greater than 98%
The larger the surface area of Bai Tanhei, the better the reinforcement performance, the greater the physical properties of the rubber, otherwise the rubber will harden, and the toughness of the material will be very difficult.
Acid-base is also critical. If it is unstable, sometimes it will be found that some of them will soon be dead and some are not yet ripe.
3. active agent
Active agents (also called promoters):
It is used to help accelerators to enhance their CO activity and efficiency. The most commonly used are zinc oxide powder (zinc carbonate) / stearic acid.
(1) Si's (stearic acid): zinc oxide powder combined with zinc oxide powder to produce stearic acid zinc, because zinc stearate has lubricious characteristics that can help mold release, improve the operability of roll too sticky, but too much impact on the processing of the latter part of the adhesion. The normal dosage is 1PHR.
(2) zinc oxide powder (ZnO): in addition to being a sulfur active agent, it also provides high thermal conductivity, which has a great impact on thick products or different thickness products. The normal dosage is 4-5PHR.
The activation principle of stearic acid and zinc oxide powder:
Zinc oxide powder and stearic acid > zinc stearate
Zinc stearate + accelerant - > zinc stearate / accelerator
Sulfur + heat > activation sulfur
Dislocation of zinc stearate / accelerator
Rubber +s----------------------------> vulcanized rubber
Transparent zinc oxide powder is usually used in cattle tendon base material: the particle is finer and the refractive index is similar to that of ordinary rubber, and its pparency is good.
The dosage can be slightly less than that of the ordinary Zinc Oxide.
(3) ethanolamine active agent
Increase pH and neutralization of white smoke acidity, activate white smoke surface, and enhance the combination of tobacco and rubber molecules during the day.
A.DEG active agent (ethylene glycol, easy to absorb moisture). The formula of shoe sole is about 60-80 grams / kg of white smoke, mainly determined by the pH value of white smoke.
When the pH value of white smoke is 6-7.5, the smaller the.PH value is, the greater the amount of ethylene glycol will be.
Pay attention to the dosage of DEG, too much will cause the rubber material to be alkaline, which will affect the curing time and the promotion effect of the accelerator.
B. PEG active agent (polyethylene glycol)
The advanced formula uses PEG+1987 (urea, fatty acid mixture) to replace the previous DEG accelerator system.
Avoid scorching problem.
It is solid, avoiding the trouble of DEG liquid scale.
Avoid DEG from moisture absorption leading to poor dispersion and hot pressing time instability.
DEG may cause health problems.
Silane coupling agents such as SI-69 mainly affect the combination of white carbon black and rubber.
It can also be divided into active agents.
Antioxidant: also known as the old antiseptic.
In order to avoid the deterioration of rubber surfaces such as cracking, sticky, hardness increasing or decreasing during the use of ultraviolet radiation and ozone attack and hot metal catalysis, the rubber surface cracking, sticky, hardness increasing or decreasing and so on. In the rubber formula, 2-3 kinds of antiaging agents are added to form a protective film on the surface to increase its ozone resistance.
Ordinary cow tendon material can use SP antioxidant, but SP will affect pparency. So we choose 264 with a good pparency.
