Job Hopping Should Not Be An Outlet For Emotions And Escape.
If you look at this headline, some people will feel very far away from you, but no matter what the future economic trend is, layoffs and job hopping will become normal in the market economy society. If we can not plan ahead and make long-term plans, accidents will happen at any time. If a company or organization is in trouble, it will be powerless for the office workers. So if you want to work hard and earn money and develop for a long time, you need to create opportunities for yourself and accept new challenges.
The big layoffs of a famous company in China have been on the Internet. The layoffs are the form of layoffs in the whole department which many employees did not expect, mainly due to the strategic adjustment of the company. According to a senior executive of the company, "the company's new 3 year plan is to tighten the diversification strategy implemented over the past 3 years and focus on the PC field. A considerable part of the business has come to an abrupt end, even the departments have been withdrawn, and the staff can only leave in batches. In fact, most employees who leave are very committed to the company. From here we can see that these employees are passive, and most of them are not prepared for career pition.
A recent online survey showed that 51% out of every one hundred employees had the idea of changing jobs, and they wanted to change jobs at any time. In particular, every year before and after the lunar new year, we call the "job hopping season", and the talent market will be crowded and bustling. Compared with the dismissed employees mentioned above, these workers seem to be very active, but are they not satisfied with their present job and will they be happier after changing jobs? Do they really prepare for the future career pformation?
All things stand before they are expected. In fact, whether it is forced or active career change, in accordance with their current situation in advance to prepare, in order to remain unchanged, and become increasingly invincible in the field of professional competition.
Scene 1: redundancy and resignation. Just like the examples mentioned above, many office workers are leaving because of company layoffs, mergers or company failures.
There must be some omen before any change. Workers usually have to pay more attention to the company's business principles and development strategies, improve their competitiveness, and make themselves a sought after talent. No matter what changes are strong, we can take everything easy.
Situation two: too big a change and too demanding. With the development of enterprises, the connotation of some positions and even the position itself will change greatly. For example, unreasonable overtime work, unreasonable performance goals, unsupported work and so on.
Some enterprises tend to "meet the lack of" to save personnel expenses, at this time, sharing the job of leaving colleagues is a common phenomenon. No complaints and surprises! Unless the workload is too unreasonable or too far away from their expertise, it is suggested that office workers should learn to adapt to different duties, seize the stage and perform well, making themselves an indispensable talent in the organization.
Situation three: not being reused. If you feel that you are not paying attention to it, you can not give full play to your expertise, or the promotion channels are too narrow and unreasonable, or feel that the company lacks clear development strategy and can not match the future career development.
If you are looking for a job that you need to develop, you must start with knowing yourself and examine your own interests, skills, values and qualifications. On the one hand, we should further understand our company's internal recruitment information and job surplus and deficiency, see if we have limited knowledge of information, and do not actively apply for and strive for relevant positions. On the other hand, we should actively pay attention to other related recruitment information of interest and make preparations for both hands.
Situation four: the atmosphere is bad and the relationship is complicated. Office complex interpersonal relationship is one of the important reasons for employee job hopping. Many companies, though small in scale and scarce in resources at the early stage of their establishment, have been helping each other and sympathize with each other. Working environment is more annoying than heavy work, so it is one of the important reasons for employee turnover.
There are ambience and interpersonal problems in the working environment. If you change your job for this reason, you have to consider that the next company may have the same problem, so you have to adjust your ability to adapt to the environment. It is suggested that workers should not focus on interpersonal problems and try to find other meanings and values in their work.
Situation five: the boss is difficult, holding back the fire. Disagreement with superiors may be purely a different view of work, or is it possible to meet a bad boss.
If there is a different view of work, the office workers should open their minds to discuss with the supervisor and respect their superiors' opinions. If you meet a so-called "bad boss": selfish, incompetent, opinionated, using subordinates, too emotional, etc., first of all, you can react to the higher level executives or take the similar positions to remove the practice.
Situation six: too little pay and too slow pay. Office workers are popular with the saying: "the boss does not raise wages, add on his own". Indeed, in some industries, job hopping is the quickest way to raise wages, such as the highly mobile advertising industry, or some very popular technical personnel.
If the new job is more challenging and more paid, job hopping is understandable, but there must be a loss. If the office workers are just where to go, they will be drilled. If they get in, they may be cold. They are wasting their time.
No matter what factors, "pfer" should not be an outlet for emotions, nor a way to avoid it. It is the key to carefully analyze their strengths and weaknesses, constantly strive to improve themselves, and take a scientific and rational career development path.
