In the aspect of ejection unit, the single cylinder ejection with compact structure is compared with other types of dual cylinder dual ejection structure. The structure of Fu Qiang Xin is simpler and more stable and saves space.

In the clamping unit, the turntable structure is equipped with a patent rotary fixture device to make the positioning accuracy of the device.

With the passage of time and the rapid development of applied industries, the proportion of the two color machines in the injection molding machine market will be bigger and bigger."

However, at present, the sales of dual color injection molding machines in China is not very optimistic.

The main reason is that the cost of the two-color injection molding machine is more expensive than that of the monochrome machine, and the mold design is complex and precise.

Recently, domestic plastics processing enterprises have changed in the selection of multicolor injection molding equipment. In the past, most of them chose imported machinery, and now they begin to purchase domestic ones.

On the one hand, due to the high cost of imported machines, inconvenient maintenance services, and unable to meet some special requirements; on the other hand, due to the development of special machines such as large domestic machines and two color machines, the technology level and processing and assembly quality have reached international standards, and can be designed with special needs of customers.
