Manufacturing Method Of Synthetic Leather Made Of Base Material And Surface

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a synthetic leather with a one-time formation of base material and surface. It uses two sets of material mixing devices to produce a PU plastic foam layer and a layer of cortex at the same time, so that both of them are bonded under the condition of half reaction and not fully hardened, so that they can be bonded to each other to achieve the effect of once forming. The invention overcomes the defects of the substrate and the skin of the well-known technology, and wastes the storage and accumulation space of the material.

The following steps are taken: conveying a base cloth in a predetermined direction, consisting of cloth, non-woven fabric, superfine fiber or its analogues; taking a first material mixing device on the base cloth, and injecting PU resin and foamed material into the surface of the base cloth to form a base material of a PU plastic foaming layer; taking a second material mixing device, placing it on the top of a release paper, injecting the PU plastic material onto the surface of the separating paper to form a skin layer; and placing the substrate of the PU plastic foaming layer in a semi reactive but not completely hardened state, so that it can be joined to each other; and use a rolling device to collect the finished product in the proper position.
