The Decision Of The Company To Set Up A Functional Team Across Departments
In order to make the company bigger, stronger and more sophisticated, it discusses and analyzes all the internal links, such as procurement, manufacturing, sales and logistics, and the external environment such as competitors and supply channels, so as to constantly find problems and propose improvement plans, so as to enhance the company's performance and make the company get continuous improvement and keep sober and benign operation. The company decided to set up a functional team across departments.
I. establishment of functional teams
There are three functional teams in the company, namely, quality function team, cost function team and efficiency function team. Each functional team assigned 1 leaders, 2 deputy leaders, 7 team members and 10 team members. The team leader is responsible for organizing the team to carry out the work.
Two, the nature of functional teams

The responsibility of the functional team is to find out the problems in every part of the company, and put forward the improvement plan for the problems, analyze and evaluate the improvement effect, report regularly to the general manager and the company office.
