Annual Labor Inspection Procedure
In accordance with the relevant provisions, the employing units shall conduct self inspection first, and the departments in charge of the employing units and the labor supervision organs at all levels, such as bureaus, general companies, and planned separate enterprises, shall respectively examine and identify the annual labor inspection status of the employing units.
1、用人單位自檢。用人單位應按照勞動法律、法規、規章和年檢的內容搞好自檢，發現問題主動糾正。并如實填寫《勞動年檢證書》。
2、各局、總公司、計劃單列企業及其他用人單位主管部門，對用單位報撻的年檢資料進行審核，并簽署意見。
3. Annual inspection by labor supervision organs. Labor supervision organs conduct annual inspection in accordance with the provisions of labor laws, regulations, rules and policies, make random checks on the relevant reports of employers in the annual labor inspection certificate, and publicize and answer relevant labor laws, regulations and policies to the units concerned.
