Participation Procedures (1) fill in the application for exhibition and send it to the organizing committee by mail or fax to the organizing committee. If the application is received, the organizing committee will confirm your application by fax or by mail. (2) within 7 days after the application is confirmed, all the 50% or the total amount of the expenses will be remitted to the designated account of the general assembly. The qualification of exhibitors will not be confirmed after the time limit, and the booth will be arranged according to the principle of "apply first, pay first, and distribute first". One month before the exhibition, the organizing committee will send out an exhibition manual to assist exhibitors in completing the follow-up service. Once the exhibition is confirmed, exhibitors shall not cancel the exhibition and pfer the booth. (3) on the basis of the cost standard, the principle of preferential booth cost is: 1. all previous exhibitors are entitled to 5% (all previous exhibitors are not allowed to sign up for new exhibitors). 2.72 square meters or more, 5% discount. 3.180 square meters or more, 10% discount.
