"San Lu" Trademark Re Sold
The bankrupt assets of Sanlu in April 13th have been restarted since yesterday. Reporters learned from Hebei Jihai auction limited, yesterday morning 9 when the 5 assets of the remake have been fully traded, the entire auction process is relatively smooth.
The assets that were successfully auctioned include 22.41% of Shijiazhuang's Royal Lok Lok Dairy Co., Ltd., 70% of Tangshan Sanlu Dairy Co., Ltd., 34% of Shijiazhuang Taihang Dairy Co., Ltd., 51% of Tianjin Sanlu Dairy Co., and 51% of Sanlu Dairy Co., Fengning. The paction price was 8 million 900 thousand yuan, 43 million yuan, 3 million yuan, 200 thousand yuan and 300 thousand yuan respectively, while buyers were mainly shareholders of the above assets.
After the auction, Sanlu also has 11 bankruptcy assets to be auctioned in May 8th and May 12th respectively. The assets it auctioned in May 8th included 15% of Tangshan's Fonterra Sanlu ranch Co., Ltd., 51% of Baoding Sanlu Dairy Co., Ltd., 70% of Tangshan City Kang Sheng Dairy Co., and 25% of Henan Huahua Dairy Industry Co., Ltd.
The assets that were auctioned in May 12th include: 51% of Shijiazhuang Hongsheng Dairy Co., Ltd.; 51% stake of Xingtai Xinbo Dairy Co., Ltd., 51% of Shijiazhuang Xinyuan Dairy Co., Ltd., 51% of Luquan Hongqi Dairy Co., Ltd., 51% of the limited company of Sanlu dairy company in Zhangjiakou, Sanlu and related protective trademarks (including trademarks in the reporting process), 12 patent technologies.
The "Sanlu" brand is undoubtedly the most interesting asset in the re auction assets. Prior to April 7th, the trademark was temporarily withdrawn.
