The Service Standard Of Wuhan'S Washing And Dyeing Industry Was Officially Released.
The two parties make prior agreement, and the water washing and dry cleaning shall not be mutually pretending, and the receipt documents shall be signed effectively by both parties.
This is a regulation issued by the end of last month on the service standard of Wuhan's washing and dyeing industry.
There are more than 4000 washing and dyeing shops in Wuhan, with nearly twenty thousand employees.
Among them, migrant workers and laid-off workers account for more than 60%.
In recent years, the country has set up a laundry professional standard, the city's less than 1% of the licensed personnel, the quality of complaints in the dyeing and finishing industry has been in the forefront of service complaints in the city, last year, more than 350.
The main problems are concentrated in three aspects: first, there are differences in the quality of service, resulting in frequent wrangling between consumers and merchants; the two is that the washing signs are misleading, such as the down and dry clothes are hard to emit hard and embrittlement, resulting in fabric breakage; three, some washing and dyeing shops do not have "diamond drill" but are partial to "porcelain live", causing quality disputes.
Through the drafting of the Wuhan dyeing and dyeing Association and other units, the standards for the comprehensive cleaning and dyeing industry will be standardized and issued.
This is the first provincial provincial standard of dyeing and finishing industry in Central China.
In addition to the traditional service items such as laundry washing, ironing, dyeing and darning, the specification also increases the cleaning and maintenance of footwear, and formulating a unified collection and delivery document for washing and dyeing services.
Washing and dyeing enterprises should be classified according to their texture, color depth, dirty degree and stains.
Water washing and dry cleaning shall not be mutually pretending.
Special personnel are set up to take charge of quality inspection, strict procedures for handover of each process, and perfect safekeeping measures.
When undertaking clothing, check carefully and fill in a uniform laundry receipt. The contents include defects in the goods received, value maintenance, cleaning requirements, price, etc., which should prompt consumers after washing and dyeing, and sign and endorse by both parties.
The operator should make an advance agreement with the consumer. Due to the operator's responsibility to cause damage or loss to the clothing, the processing and refund of the dyeing and dyeing fee or the compensation for damages should be given according to the circumstances.
According to the principle of consumer voluntary, according to the agreed price of clothing for both parties, the value of cleaning and cleaning fees shall be charged, and the value of maintenance and cleaning fee shall not exceed 5% of the agreed price of the two parties.
