How to solve the consumption safety of online shopping
At yesterday's "3. 15" event press conference, Shen Qing received an interview with our reporter on how to solve the problem of consumer safety in the online shopping market. He said that the virtual economy is different from the real economy, and how the government regulation can be more consistent with the characteristics of e-commerce enterprises. The whole nation is studying and Shenzhen's ideas should also be adjusted. He believes that we must first base ourselves on services, and not only ignore the e-business enterprises, but study and understand their characteristics in the process of providing services for them, so as to enhance effective supervision.
Shen Qingsan said, in the past, consumption often said that goods should be sold at three stores, and online shopping could be more than 100 or even thousands. In this process, an effective way is to implement consumption guidance. He suggested that a public service platform should be set up by government departments to provide regulatory information such as registration and registration of e-commerce enterprises, so as to guide consumers to choose legitimate and regular e-commerce enterprises, thus expanding the consumption market of regular enterprises, and constantly reducing the illegal space in the online shopping market.
Should the shop be opened online?
At the end of last year, the Interim Regulations on the management of Internet commodity transactions and related services formulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce stipulate that legal persons, other economic organizations or natural persons who engage in commodity trading and related services through the Internet shall obtain corresponding administrative licenses and register for business registration according to law. Natural persons should apply for real name registration to operators providing network transaction platform services, and those who have the conditions for registration should register for business registration in accordance with the law. The Interim Measures are still being consulted within the industrial and commercial sector. For a while, the topic of approval of online shops has become a hot topic of concern from all walks of life.
To engage in business activities, business licences must be handled according to law, and network operation is no exception. This is a regulation that has been followed by relevant departments in the past. On the face of it, this seems to be more conducive to government regulation. Take Shenzhen as an example, as of 2009, the number of people who opened online shops in Alibaba has exceeded 300 thousand. In accordance with the laws and regulations governing the real economy, it will not only bring a lot of inconvenience to operators, but also consume a lot of administrative resources of government departments.
